Location, location, just a short walk or golf cart ride to the beach and Ocean Annie’s live music on the beach every day and sits in the only area where golf carts are allowed on the beach in the off-season. I love how effortless everything feels, park the cart, hit the sand, grab a drink, then come home and unwind in the arcade, game room or hot tub. Salty air, laid-back vibes, zero hassle, this is beach life done right.

This home is pure beach life, close enough to feel the ocean breeze, far enough to truly unwind. I love that it’s built for fun and connection, with great outdoor space and games that bring everyone together after a day in the sun.
