This was a great property that was within walking distance of everything in downtown Flagstaff. It is a tri-level, so you will get your steps in, but what a nice property in a nice quiet area. Highly recommend this property, especially if you’re attending an NAU graduation or ceremony as we were.

This property has absolutely everything one could ask for. It is thoughtfully well provisioned, super clean, and spacious. In addition it is located close to downtown with many restaurants and shops nearby. The host responded quickly when contacted. My six weeks here have been a delight!

In a word: stunning! My family and I have stayed at many, many VRBO rentals around the world, and this property certainly ranks in the top 3 for cleanliness, modern conveniences, and amenities! The location was ideal for both day trips to various northern Arizona "tourist sites," but also for walking to/from downtown Flagstaff for dinners, etc. We were particularly impressed by how well-stocked the kitchen was ... right down to extra Glad bags for preparing picnic lunches and storing leftovers, etc.! John made the entire check-in/check-out process smooth as well! Overall, we were exceedingly pleased with this lovely modern townhouse and we look forward to staying here again!

This was a perfectly located property that was walking distance to many shops, restaurants and breweries. The condo had patios off of every bedroom and the main living area as well. Very open and airy and lovely to spend mornings and evenings in the fresh air. The space was very modern, very well decorated and was even better than the listing photos. A king room and queen room were located on the top level, living area and kitchen on the main level and a king bedroom on the first floor. We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom and felt very private. The bedding and towels were nice quality as well. Everything was very clean and very well stocked! Really appreciated how generous they were with towels, toilet paper, trash bags etc. It was great to not have to run out and buy any of those items! Communication with the host was excellent with a very quick response time and check-in was very easy. Even though we were right on Beaver Street, it was very quiet and there was no street noise. The only suggestion I have would be to change out the first floor king mattress. It was very hard and uncomfortable for the couple that stayed in there. We would definitely recommend and stay in this lovely condo again!!
