Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Lock the doors
Do NOT unplug or turn off hot tub. Make sure the cover is on. Wash dishes or turn the dishwasher. No need to strip beds - we'll take care of that.
Please take out all trash before checkout and place it in the trash bins located outside, in front of the garage. Double-check for personal items - left items incur a $25 handling fee + shipping.
You are welcome to place used towels in the washing machine & start a Normal cycle - it's a big help, but completely up to you. Turn off all lights, please.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Parties and gatherings of any kind are prohibited at the property. Outside quiet hours are from 10 PM - 8AM. Please take your shoes off in the house.
Smoking/Vaping is not permitted inside the home at any time. When drinking outside, please use plastic containers.
Parking: Only 6 vehicles. All vehicles must be parked in the driveway by the house. NO vehicles are permitted to park on the lawn or near the street.
