Awesome house and location. We spent most of our time in Montecito and Santa Barbara for the week. Just a short drive from the house to either town. The house was very relaxing and has everything you need to enjoy staying there or to plan day trips from. Neighbors are super nice as well. Quiet, clean and Emmett was very helpful with questions we had about the are as it was our first time traveling there. Would definitely come back and encourage other to stay there if traveling to Santa Barbara area. Oh, and the constant sound of the ocean waves coming in as a slight bonus as well...lol Thank you Emmett!

I enjoy the friendliness of the neighbors, the surf/beach culture of a tight knit community, and the overall vibes of a small beachside neighborhood.

What makes this property unique

Our property is on of the few directly on the water with a patio directly touching the waves at high tide. Standing in front of the Richfield Pier, it is an iconic view with a beautiful direction of the Santa Barbara Channel sunsets.
