Such a cute tiny home! Perfect location from everything NC has to offer, with the art district being around the corner from the unit. Everything was very clean, and no problems arose during our stay. Some things to keep in mind when looking to book at this property: No stove, but an outside grill is available. If you plan on doing laundry at the facility bring quarters along with you. There is a fence around the property and we felt very safe. Overall a great unit that we will definitely be booking at again!
Easy to find & park. Great communications with Bowie. Clean and convenient shared spare with bathrooms, showers & laundry. Secure WiFi. No water or toilet in the tiny house yet. AC & heat good. Motion detector lights outside worked well at night.
The tiny home, shared bathroom space & kitchenette were spotless; coffee was ready & great in the morning. It was easy to book & communication was fine. However, it was not clear in the booking that the “tiny home” did not include a bathroom or running water. (Sign in sink said “Please do not use the sink.) Also the outside light didn’t work. And a small step stool getting into bed would have been helpful. We love to camp - & this would have been perfect for camping. I did go back to look at my “booking”information & didn’t see any place where “no bathroom or water in the tiny home” was mentioned (although the property map shows the community spaces). Other than this misunderstanding, I wish you luck with this lovely camping space. (I appreciated the “note to us” in your message- looks like you are working on the tiny house- a shower that isn’t usable yet, water & sink not usable yet.) Thanks for letting me share.
This one is a very reasonable price. I had a great time in Asheville and this property was perfect for me. The tiny house is super clean. The bed was probably the most comfortable I’ve stayed in. The kitchenette / bathrooms were right behind me. They were also very clean and nice. Everyone was very friendly in Asheville and this VRBO was the perfect choice for me.
Clean and quiet environment. Good amenities in the common areas. Note that there is no running water in the tiny house, but there is a working mini fridge.
The space was cozy and the facilities were super clean. There's a really cool trail adjacent to the property and I was able to get a good meal within walking distance.
Communication with the property owners was seamless, as they clearly communicated checking in and out and where and how to navigate the property. The location was ideal. Only a ten to fifteen-minute walk from the river arts district. Very private feel with observational liberties over the goings on in west Asheville.I will be looking to book this location again for my return!
