Two homes on the same property!

This beautiful ranch is perfect for large group looking to share a fun vacation in Wells. Comfortably sleeping 15 guests, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out, this home has something for everyone to enjoy. The main level features a large living room with a sectional, two chairs and a television. A large kitchen with a dining table makes preparing meals on nights when you choose to eat at home a breeze. Off the kitchen is a laundry room and a large pantry for storing the week's provisions. A large primary king bedroom with an en suite full bath and two queen bedrooms sharing a second full bath round out the upstairs space. There is easy access off the kitchen to the large backyard featuring an above ground pool and a solo stove fire pit with Adirondack chairs for late night chats around the fire. Finally, a gas grill with an outdoor dining area will make summer evenings dining al fresco your favorite way to end the day. Downstairs is a large finished basement with three sets of bunk beds (twin beds on top, full size beds on bottom allowing each set of bunk beds to comfortably sleep 3). For the fitness minded travelers, a basic gym with an exercise bike, weights and a yoga mat are available. Finally, a television with a PlayStation 4, a comfy couch and a set of 4 beanbag chairs and a table with board games make rainy days fun for all!

The second home is a barn style home and has a king bedroom on the first floor with a full bath. Also on the first floor is a large gathering area for dining and relaxing, with a dining table that seats 8, and a large sectional with a television. Outside is a grill and patio area for warm evenings of cooking and dining outside, and a stone fire pit area for s'mores and storytelling once the sun goes down. Upstairs you will find another king size bed, a second gathering area with a smaller sectional, television, gaming system and a game table which seats 4. A stacked washer and dryer is located on the second floor as well as a second full bathroom. Two bedrooms with bunk beds (twin over full beds) round out the space, with a dedicated office space in between the bedrooms overlooking the yard for remote workers in your group.

The entire home and surrounding yard will be yours to use for the duration of your stay.

Other things to note
Please note, the owners purchased this property in late 2025. As such, the outdoor amenities are not yet in place and summer pictures are not available! As soon as the snow melts and outdoor furniture is in place, the pictures will be updated but all new outdoor furniture will be in place by spring!
