We offer direct Gulf Access right in our backyard with a private dock, Old Florida Vibes, peaceful natural environment, wildlife & manatee watching. Gorgeous beaches are a short boat ride away. Great dock to tie up your boat/kayaks. The best fishing! Made a Mini beach for you to enjoy. Soothing outdoor tropical shower! Free kayaks & manual bikes, amazing private community pool & jet spa & private boat launch steps from the home. Golf cart available for extra fee. Plenty of free boat trailer parking. All about relaxation here!

Please note our community is Flamingo Bay and is set up with 2 houses on the waterside and 2 houses across street on non waterside. Our home is located on the waterside, with our path down to our dock and a beautiful water view. Please look at pics and location on map provided to see exactly the set up. Thank you.

What’s not to love about Pine Island? Our place is the perfect getaway with gulf access canal in our backyard, access to dock, a great pool and jet tub! You will see adorable manatees at our dock and up and down our canal! There is an awesome osprey nest near the house. Really cool tropical wildlife all around. We are across from a huge open preserve and next to a farm - can you say relaxing! Ability to rent the golf cart right at the house is a bonus! Please make sure to research Pine Island before you book to make sure it meets your expectations of where you want to explore on your vacation. Thank you

Kids and Family Friendly- I have lots of pool toys/floats, bikes, umbrella stroller, a high chair, kids books, puddle jumper, sand toys for the beach, boogie boards, fishing rods, beach umbrella, beach chairs, corn hole, life jackets, a cooler, some snorkel gear and much more!

*3 single seat kayaks and 4 manual bikes free for you to use as well!

Guest access
You will see Biking, golf carts and electric bikes around the Island. Many people are out walking. Parking is right in front of our blue patio on the rocks.
House is on a cul-de-sac/dead end which makes for a wonderful and safe street!
Our private boat/kayak launch is also right on our street, which makes it extremely convenient and easy

Other things to note
Feel free to bring your pets! Please note there is a $65 fee per pet per stay. To be paid before check in. If bringing more than one pet, Please make sure to add the correct number into your reservation. Pets must be potty trained and cleaned up after.

*There are numerous food trucks throughout the island which are so fun!
*Right next to our community every Thursday afternoon in the church parking lot (in season, usually starts Jan 1st - April) there is an amazing Farmers Market with fresh fruits, veggies and specials! Check it out!

Pine Island will feel like a different world. It's so unbelievably laid back filled with palm tree nurseries, farms and nature. We boat or take the ferry over to secluded island barrier beaches which is the quickest. You can take a car to some of them like Sanibel, Fort Myers Beach, Captiva etc...which would be about an hour plus of a drive. We do have a very small beach on the island as well called Tropical Point.
