Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please leave the gate remote on the nightstand at the entrance of the house. If the remote is reported lost within 4 hours of your departure, you will be charged $45.00 USD for a replacement.
Please leave all dirty towels in the laundry baskets. Thank you.
When they leave, don't worry about closing the main gate, I'll do it.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No parties or unauthorized visitors: Only registered guests are permitted on the property; quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM.
