The property was exactly as advertised – spacious, spotless, and very well equipped. The location is perfect - quite and just a short walk to the beach and close to restaurants. Communication was excellent throughout. We received timely, detailed instructions and were warmly greeted upon arrival. We had a great time and would love to return in the future.

Absolut fantastischer Aufenthalt. Tolle Wohnung mit Berg und Meerblick. Riesen Terrasse. Alle Fotos sind authentisch. Sehr nette Vermieter. Rund um top. Und auch Denia als Stadt ist absolut zu empfehlen. Restaurants und Hafen sind super.

Très beau penthouse, très bien équipé, très propre, rien à dire . Seul petit chose à améliorer, le nettoyage de la piscine et l'odeur de pipi de chat du locataire du rez de chaussée.

Unsere Erwartungen für das Ferienobjekt haben sich voll erfüllt. Wir wurden freundlich begrüßt und die Wohnung uns für die Feriennutzung übergeben. Alles war sehr sauber. Die Ausstattung der Küche war umfangreich. Das Wohnzimmer war gut eingerichtet. Morgens begrüßte uns im Schlafzimmer die Sonne schon durch die Balkontür. Das Wannen-und das Duschbad waren praktisch für die gleichzeitige Nutzung für 2 Personen. Besonders erwähnenswert sind die Terrassen, die wir in vollen Zügen mit Sonnenbaden genutzt haben. Fazit: Wir können dieses Ferienobjekt für die nächsten Feriengäste wärmstens empfehlen. Wir möchten uns bei der Vermieterin, Frau Bloom, herzlich bedanken. Familie A.u.I.Wegener
