This charming, meticulously restored cottage is the perfect place for a stay in Erwin. Located just off a main thoroughfare in Erwin, the Booth Homestead is comfortable, relaxing and quiet (even with the train tracks right behind it). Sleeps five comfortably, so great for a family or small group. Walking distance or a short drive to restaurants and grocery. The owners are very gracious hosts and very easy to communicate with. We highly recommend the Booth Homestead for a stay in Erwin. As we have family in Erwin, we look forward to staying here on return visits.
