Cook full meals in the stocked kitchen, relax on the huge porch, or unwind by the fire pit. Just a 5‑minute walk to the community beach on the Albemarle Sound for breathtaking sunsets, and a short 20‑minute drive to the OBX.

This thoughtfully built tiny house makes the most of every inch, offering a bright, efficient layout with tall ceilings and a huge front porch that instantly expands the living space. Inside, you’ll find a full kitchen, a full bathroom, and a cozy lofted bedroom with a queen bed.

Please note: The Second Bedroom is the loft with a queen bed.The loft has lower ceilings and is designed for relaxing and sleeping — you can’t fully stand upright. Access is by a sturdy 9‑ft ladder, and for safety, young children are not permitted in the loft. Guests should use caution when climbing.

The home sits in a peaceful, tucked‑away neighborhood with a small, quiet community beach just a 5‑minute walk away. Traveling with a larger group? We also host another listing just a couple houses over in the neighborhood — an easy walking distance and perfect for families or friends who want to stay close together.

LOFT- no children under 8 years old, no pets, no impaired adults allowed in the loft. Children must be supervised at all times. This is for safety.
Parking-do not park on the left side of the house. The septic is located there.
PETS- are not allowed on the furniture or in the loft. They must be crated when left alone. They must be on a leash when leaving the property.
