Lod - Biesewig - Apartment 5

The seaside resort of Loddin, consisting of the three districts of Loddin, Kölpinsee, and Stubbenfelde, offers an ideal starting point for exploring the island of Usedom thanks to its central location on the island.
In the village of Loddin, you’ll find a small harbour, restaurants serving regional cuisine, a seasonal boat rental service, and the Loddiner Höft nature reserve with its lookout point overlooking the inland coast of Usedom.
The spacious, thatched-roof holiday home at Diplomatenweg 1, featuring 12 apartments—including Apartment 5 (Biesewig) on the ground floor—is located in the quiet village of Loddin, right next to the Achterwasser. The harbour and the endless dike along the Achterwasser are just a few minutes’ walk away. In the evening, you can watch the sunsets from the terrace.



Apartment 5:

This cosy holiday apartment consists of a large, bright living-dining room with an open kitchenette (approx. 30 m² total) and two bedrooms. The larger of the bedrooms (approx. 14 m²) is furnished with a double bed and ample closet space; the second bedroom (approx. 10 m²) features two single beds and a wardrobe. The second bedroom receives light and ventilation through skylights above the kitchenette in the living room. The living room is furnished with a sleeper sofa, two armchairs, a wall unit with a TV—which holds books, games, dishes, and maps of the island—and a dining table with four chairs. There is also an electric piano for playing music. The shower room (approx. 6 m²) has a clothes rack for drying laundry, and there is also a hair dryer for guests in the bathroom cabinet. The kitchenette is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, an oven with microwave function, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a dishwasher.
The west-facing terrace features a beach chair, a table, and four garden chairs.

The associated car park is located on Dorfstraße; the spaces are assigned according to the apartment numbers.

Bed linens and towels can be added to your reservation for 7.00 euros each; please notify us of this before arrival.
A final cleaning fee of 50 euros will be charged and, along with any costs for bed linens and towels, must be paid via bank transfer along with the final payment for the apartment.
The visitor’s tax must also be paid via bank transfer; you will receive a receipt for this, which you can present upon request.



Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 12:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
