The 69-square-meter, two-room apartment features a bedroom with a double bed (2 mattresses, 80 cm each) and a large living room with a dining area for 3 people, a fully equipped kitchen, a shower room renovated in December 2025, and 2 southwest-facing balconies with a view of the sea. The beach is only 50 metres away.
It can accommodate up to 3 people if the sofa (bed dimensions: 70 x 1.99 metres) in the living room is used as an additional sleeping area. The entire apartment is tiled throughout.
A parking space, bed linens, and towels are included in the price and will be provided.
