It was a beautiful place to stay, the host even brought a.c units for the heat which was very nice of them. Accommodated the whole wedding party with tons of room to spare.

Mountain View was the perfect cabin for our stay in Iron River for our daughter’s wedding. With the whole house, we had two full kitchens and common areas. There was ample room for our extended family to spread out and feel at home! If we ever have a group that large again, we would totally stay here again!!

If you have a large group, reserve Mountain View now. We rented both the upper and lower units for 20 people across six families, kids and adults, and it never felt crowded. That was the biggest surprise. There was always space to spread out or come together for meals, games, and conversation without feeling on top of each other.Check-in was simple and the hosts were responsive and easy to work with. Everything was clear and smooth from the start. The layout is what makes this place stand out. It is set up for groups, with multiple areas to hang out so people are not all in one room. It gave everyone flexibility to relax or be part of the action. The loft game room was a hit with ping pong, air hockey, darts, and plenty of games. The two hot tubs were a great bonus and got used every night. The home is clean, updated, and comfortable with a modern rustic feel. The beds were comfortable and the furnishings felt high quality, not worn or cheap. The kitchen is well stocked for a large group. Plenty of cookware, utensils, and even extras like foil, bags, and containers for leftovers.Internet was fast and reliable, even with kids gaming while I worked.Parking was easy with plenty of space. Parking was no problem at all. We had six vehicles and nobody was blocked in. It looked like you could fit closer to ten if needed. We will be back for future Ski Brule trips.

Awesome property for a large group. Very cozy. Having 2 kitchens was great. The open kitchen areas are nice for everyone to gather together. Everyone enjoyed the outdoor fire pit. It was so nice of the host to add two window air conditioning units for some relief from the heat and humidity the upper peninsula has been experiencing lately. We were only there at night so we didn’t have time to use the hot tubs, but for a winter visit they would be great and having two is really a plus. Would definitely stay again!
