Lage und Aussicht Top, Sauberkeit Flop

Die Lage sowie die Aussicht sind echt sehr schön. Man ist mit wenigen Schritten am Strand und in wenigen Minuten an der Promenade mit Geschäften, Lokalen etc. Die Aussicht war auch super. Jedoch war die Sauberkeit keinesfalls zufriedenstellend Die Wohnung sah aus, als wäre sie nach dem letzten Besuch nicht gereinigt worden. Überall war Staub sowie Haare (ebenfalls auf der angeblich frischen Bettwäsche). Auch das Bad war dreckig und sah benutzt aus. Die Küche war dreckig und klebrig. So stelle ich mir eine FeWo nicht vor. Den Feriendienst haben wir leider erst am nächsten Tag erreicht. Danach wurde die Wohnung umgehend gereinigt. Die Einrichtung der Wohnung ist "okay". Aber auch das haben wir schon liebevoller bzw nicht so zusammengewürfelt gesehen.

Wir haben immer ein offenes Ohr für konstruktive Kritik, um uns stetig zu verbessern. Leider kann es mal zu Problemen kommen und wir sind immer bemüht schnellstmöglich eine Lösung zu finden. In Ihrem Fall war es sehr bedauerlich, dass Sie nicht unsere Notfallnummer (24 Stunden an 365 Tagen erreichbar) genutzt haben und damit sofort eine Reaktion unsererseits möglich gewesen wäre. Auch haben Sie leider vergessen zu erwähnen, dass wir Ihnen trotz erfolgter Nachreinigung den kompletten Endreinigungspreis aus Kulanz erstattet haben, unentgeltlich Bettwäsche zur Verfügung stellen wollten und Sie sogar kostenfrei erst mittags abreisen durften.

Unglaubliche Aussicht

Die Wohnung ist perfekt für zwei Leute und auch sehr schön eingerichtet. Als wir zum ersten Mal die Wohnung betraten dachte wir nur ..WOW DIESE AUSSICHT. Wir waren skeptisch, da es auf Fotos ja immer schönes aussieht. 100%! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und die Liebe zum Detail war auch da. Die Nachbarn waren sehr angenehm. Der Ort an sich ist sehr ruhig und mega familienfreundlich. In der Nähe gibt es viele interessante Spielplätze und auch genug Aktivitäten. Ein- und Auschecken ging alles problemlos und vor allem kontaktlos. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

Wunderschöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet! Sehr sympathischer und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Tolle Lage und ein unschlagbarer Blick auf die Ostsee. Wermutstropfen: WLAN… In der Wohnung kein Signal, nur auf dem Balkon. Und dort darf man zur zwei Geräte einloggen. :( Mir ist es nicht gelungen, mein Surface anzubinden. Das ist wirklich nicht mehr zeitgemäß! Davon abgesehen, hatten wir sehr schöne und erholsame Tage und haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt!
