Wunderschöne Wohnung

Wunderschön eingerichtete saubere Wohnung, ganz nah am Meer. Sehr ruhige Gegend, kleines Dorf mit entsprechenden Merkmalen. Bäcker und kleine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, aber auch größere Geschäfte teilweise zu Fuß zu erreichen. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Unser Aufenthalt

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie ist sehr schön eingerichtet und was uns sehr gut gefallen hat waren die zwei Bäder. Die Lage direkt am Meer ist top ! Der E - Mail Kontakt mit dem Inhaber hat ohne Probleme funktioniert und wir haben immer schnell eine Antwort bekommen. Sehr positiv war , das wir am Anreisetag früher dran waren als erwartet und die Wohnung trotzdem schon beziehen durften. Leider hat das Ankleidezimmer und die Veranda gefehlt. Beides war bei den Ausstattungsmerkmalen angegeben. Auch einen Toaster gab es nicht obwohl er in der Beschreibung enthalten war. Trotzdem würden wir jederzeit wiederkommen.

Wir sind an einem Sonntag Anfang August für 13 Übernachtungen in Pomer angekommen. Wir mussten nicht wie angekündigt den Schlüssel in Pula abholen. Der Schlüssel war im 1.OG in einem roten Wasserverteiler, aber KEINE Angabe zu welcher Wohnung er gehört!! Nach ausprobieren (echt peinlich!!) ist es die erste Tür links von weiteren 3 Türen auf dem Gang. Wie bereits mehrfach beschrieben ist die Wohnung sehr sehr hellhörig. Unsere Kinder haben beim Ein- und Durchschlafen sehr unter dem ständigen Lärm gelitten (Ohropax hilft auch nur bedingt). Die Wohnungstür schließt nicht komplett ab, sie klappert und hat viel zu viel Spiel. Dadurch dringt jedes Geräusch aus dem Flur in die Wohnung. Die Wohnung selbst hat Licht und Schatten. Durchaus modern ansprechend eingerichtet, aber im Detail fehlen im Bad Ablagemöglichkeiten/Harken für die Handtücher. Es gibt auch keine Zahnputzbecher. Einmal kam die Sicherung, obwohl keine starken Verbraucher in Betrieb waren. Der Sicherungskasten ist im Flur-Putzschrank oben rechts. Unverständlich warum der Schalter für den (viel zu kleinen) Warmwasserboiler im Flur als Lichtschalter getarnt und nicht entsprechend gekennzeichnet ist. So hatten wir einen Abend kein Warmwasser mehr, da die Kids brav den Lichtschalter immer ausgemacht haben. Alle 4 Personen müssen Gas beim Duschen geben, sonst hat der Letzte nur noch kaltes Wasser. Es fehlt ein Putzeimer, Mopp ist erstaunlicherweise vorhanden, Staubsauger auch. Die Küche ist solala ausgestattet. Kartoffelschäler oder gescheite Pfannen müssten selbst mitgebracht werden. Die Spülmaschine wäscht kaum gescheit das Geschirr sauber. Erstmal mussten wir Salz kaufen, da KOMPLETT leer. Hat aber für ein gutes Reinigungsergebnis auch nicht geholfen. Sehr sehr oft mussten wir das Geschirr von Hand reinigen – echt ätzend. Der Backofen hat keine Umluft, auch nicht prickelnd. Die FeWo hat zwar 2 Klimageräte, aber das Gerät im Flur klimatisiert halt nur den Flur (wie unsinnig).

Sehr schöne, große, moderne Wohnung mit großem Balkon

2 Klimaanlagen 2 große moderne Bäder - mit Fußbodenheizung Bisschen kompliziert war die Abwicklung mit Albatours - ich sollte erst nach Pula kommen. Albatours hat immer sehr schnell geantwortet - das schätze ich sehr.

Tolle Unterkunft in der Nähe von Hafen

Schöne, große und modern eingerichtete Wohnung. Zwei Klimaanlagen sind sehr toll. Balkonmöbeln sind bequem. Parkplatz vor dem Haus war gut. Freundlicher Besitzer und reibungslose Schlüsselübergabe.
