Relax at this cozy and peaceful home on the water that is just a short drive to Old Town Bay St Louis. Unwind in the gorgeous living room that is perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The bedrooms offer a king, queen and twin beds for a tranquil night's sleep. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like WiFi, AC, washing machine and dryer. With 2 bathrooms equipped with shower/tub and hair dryers, you'll feel right at home. Just a short “wake zone” boat ride to the Jourdan River and then the Bay. Park your boat along the dock for the duration of your stay. You can kayak in front of the house and explore Breath Bayou and the surrounding area. Enjoy fishing, water skiing, tubing, wake boarding or just hanging out on the nearby beaches. A great place to call homebase while you're away, We hope you enjoy your stay. Also, there is an extra large parking space for Boat, RV and Camper. Equipped with an outside elevator as well.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Put all used towels in washing machine and start the machine. Laundry detergent pods are in the cabinet above the washing machine
Make sure all trash is inside a trash bag and put in the garbage can on the street side of the house
Put dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the wash cycle. Dish washer pods are located under kitchen sink. Keep tv remotes with the tv they are connected to. Leave the home the way you found it.
