Come vacation at Serenity by The Sea, a 1120 sq. ft. fully furnished 3bd/2 bath townhome 1/3 mile from the 27th Street OC boardwalk. The home accommodates 6 adults + 2 children and comes with a fully stocked kitchen. Relax in front of one of three 42-inch flat screen TVs with WiFi. Enjoy drinks on our large, furnished wooden deck overlooking the canal. Guests are invited to use our beach chairs, cooler, and umbrella. Minutes from exceptional dining at Hooked, Liquid Assets, or Bayside Skillet.
The space
The townhome has new coastal themed furniture and is geared toward hosting families. The master bedroom comes furnished with a king-sized bed and premium mattress, the guest room comes furnished with a queen-sized bed with premium mattress, the downstairs bedroom comes furnished with a queen sized bed with a premium mattress + a twin bunk bed w/drawers. All three bedrooms come with a flat screen TV.
Guest access
Guests can access the townhome using a key less door lock with code. The code automatically resets once guests have departed the townhome.

****The individual making the reservation will be required to furnish the host a screenshot of their driver's license or official Government ID to verify their age and who they are at the time they make the reservation.

Had a great stay! Fantastic location close enough to walk to multiple stores, restaurants and mini golf! The house felt spacious and really enjoyed the back deck with the large comfy chairs! We utilized the beach chairs they provided which made packing so much easier! The host was extremely responsive and was very helpful in the months leading up to our stay and throughout the whole trip! Would love to stay again!
