Situated on the sixth floor of a lovely beachfront complex, the 300-square-foot balcony is the ideal setting for an al-fresco meal or some quiet time with a favorite novel. The living space enjoys luxurious furniture, tasteful décor, and high, coffered ceilings studded with attractive ceiling fans. You'll love catching a good ballgame on the mounted flatscreen TV.



The full kitchen is open and spacious, with a large pantry, stainless steel appliances that include a french-door refrigerator, and granite countertops, plus a breakfast bar with seating for three. You can serve up to eight guests at the handsome dining table then let the dishwasher knock out all the dirty dishes. The central AC will keep everyone nice and cool and the free WiFi will make it easy to research your next beach adventure. Take the elevator down to access the beach then come home to run your sandy swim clothes in the private washer/dryer. The shared pool is a great way to cool off after a day of sightseeing.
