The instructions on arrival and parking were not real clear. I downloaded a QR code for the garage it was never mentioned how to access the parking lots. The hideaway bed in the sofa is a bit challenging since the sofa has a cover that has to be removed before the bed can be accessed. Overall the stay was ok but not great. It was not very clean, bathrooms, etc
