Estive com familiares durante 9 dias neste apartamento, fomos muito bem atendidos tanto pela proprietaria quanto pelo zelador.
Não há o que reclamar.

Tuve inconvenientes
El departamento es bueno. La ubicación no tanto. El centro quedará a unas 25 cuadras. Las paradas de ómnibus están a unas 3 cuadras. La playa está a 4 cuadras.
Tuvimos varios problemas :
1. No funcionaba el aire de una habitación.
2. En otra de las habitaciones había una gotera. Esto nos demandó grandes gastos en teléfono celular para comunicarnos con la Sra Ana. Demoraron 3 días y medio para reemplazar el aire que no funcionaba y la gotera no arreglaron (estuvimos 5 días).
3. La cocina estaba llena de insectos. Nos demandó gastos en insecticida y productos de limpieza.
4. No hubo check out ni reintegro de dinero. Habíamos acordado el reintegro de un poquito de dinero por los inconvenientes. Sra adujo que se confundió pensando que salíamos a las 3 de la tarde, cuando era a las 3 de la mañana. Por ende, no hubo check out ni tampoco reintegro. Luego envió un msj informando que teníamos 4 días de estadía sin cargo para una próxima vez que visitemos Cabo Frío. En fin, puede que eso nunca más ocurra.
En definitiva, NO fue buena la experiencia en este alojamiento.
Lo bueno es que reservamos sólo de palabra, porque en ese momento todavía el sitio no tenia disponible la opcion para pagar on line.

Aluguei este apartamento por 10 dias e só tenho coisas boas para falar! O apartamento é super arejado, a rua é tranquila e próximo da praia. Valeu a pena e recomendo!
