Take advantage of the fully equipped kitchen or dine nearby at one of many fantastic local restaurants. Sterling Shores resort features everything you would need on your beach getaway. Enjoy a BBQ poolside by using our community grill area. Not that hungry? Check out the seasonal poolside snack shack to fill up on goodies.



What’s nearby:

Sterling Shores is located just off Highway 98 and is just a short walk to many beach dining experiences such as The Pancakery and The Back Porch. If you’re looking to fill your fridge or pick up some supplies, Sterling Shores is just down the road from many popular retailers such as Target, Whole Foods, and Walmart. Looking to hit the Links? Check out the fabulous Indian Bayou Golf & Country club.



Please be advised that a roof replacement project is currently underway at Sterling Shores, with an anticipated completion date by the end of July 2026.

Construction activity will occur Monday through Saturday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with the possibility of Sunday work if weather delays are encountered. During morning hours (7:00 AM to approximately noon), guests may experience sawing and scraping noise, most notably in penthouse units. Afternoon work is expected to be considerably quieter.

We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding as this necessary improvement is completed, and we regret any inconvenience this may cause during your stay.

Sterling Shores

There were some minor problems with the room cleanliness and required some minor repairs. Alerted Vacasa on second day of stay and they were to communicate to maintenance.

Overall our stay was great, once the weather cooperated. 😉 Access and the outside properties were perfect, but our room was not very clean. The dishes were nasty, the showers had some sort of gunk in the bottoms, there was hair and dirt all on the rugs, and there were greasy fingerprints on most of the items in the condo. I would stay here again if house cleaning got it together.
