It's all about the view at this Gulf front rental on the Emerald Coast! Prepare meals in your full kitchen, put your feet up and breathe in the salty sea air from your private, furnished balcony, or head downstairs and experience all the on-site, resort amenities including a large, heated pool, fitness room, and an outdoor grilling area.



While the beach is just steps from your rental, you'll find even more opportunities for fun in the sun at places like the Track where you can hop in a go-kart, play mini-golf, or brave the SkyFlyer, located right across the street. Race down some incredible water slides at Big Kahuna's Water & Adventure Park, less than a mile west. Or head to Henderson Beach State Park, a mile-and-a-half east, where you can hike the nature trail, do a little fishing, or relax on the warm sands.

Beautiful views. Right next to the elevators. Quiet place, peaceful, friendly neighbors! This place has it all. I really can’t complain, I’ve enjoyed every second! Sad to leave!

The view was the best part! East access to pool and beach was nice. Great location near everything we needed. Condo needs a skillet. I’ll bring one next time. Would definitely vacation here again.

We were very happy with our stay !The group I went with and myself were very impressed with the cleanliness of the condo. Something I always place as top priority. The view was AMAZING I love how the balcony is glass and you can see everything. For the price we payed and the quality I was shocked. The kitchen has an older stove but that does not bother me. One “negative” is there were not batteries in some of the remotes. But I assumed previous guest had taken them. Check in and check out went very well. The only thing I either did not read prior to booking or wasn’t told ( could have been either) was that our wrist bands were 15 a person. Wasn’t a big deal to us! We did wish there were more blankets. I’m glad we chose this place. Beach access and pool access was very easy :)

Amazing place!

My parents and I stayed here with little ones and it was perfect. One of the most spacious two bedroom condo I’ve ever stayed at. In unit laundry and full size kitchen appliances. Huge balcony and easy walk to pool and the beach. Also the cleanest condo pool I’ve ever seen

Great Beachfront Condo for a Family

Overall, this condo was great for our family. The positives: check-in was easy, the location was great, size was perfect for a five-person family, and the price was reasonable. The negatives: the carpet and living room furniture badly needs replacing.

Loved our trip and condo

The condo was awesome very clean, nice and the view was amazing. The pool was heated and had a hot tub. They had plenty of pool chairs and tables. The private beach access was awesome. The only things I thought that needed some improvements were the stove, and the dryer. The dryer took forever to dry clothes and the stove top burners were not level so cooking was a little difficult. Other than that we had a great time, made some memoriesand it was well worth every penny. We would definitely book this condo again!

Great for a long weekend

The condo was well decorated, very cute decor. The living room furniture is due to be replaced, well worn and stained. The condo was very well equipped and very clean. The property is well maintained.

Excellent location

Excellent location with beach access, well decorated. The only problem is "carpet" that is extremely dirty. It definitely needs a change for hard floors, having into consideration that this is a vacation wet condo.

Always enjoy our stay at Sterling Sands. We normally have A 3 bedroom on the side and really enjoy those on the East end. This year we had another couple join us and so we leased two 2 bedroom units. They were both excellent and there is not a bad view in the entire property. Love the small property and private beach.

Our stay was exceptional!! Condo was clean and spacious and decorated beautifully!!! (Better in person, pictures do not do justice. We were pleasantly surprised!) The condo also had everything we needed!!! Pool was clean and beautiful!! Beach was steps away! Everyone was so nice. Front desk receptionist was awesome too. We will be back next year!

Very nice condo

My only gripe was if you wanted to sit on the beach in your own chair, you had to rent a chair, and then they allowed you to sit in your own chair. They said it’s to not block the view of the chair renters, but they allowed it if you rented from them... just a way to make money.
