The Space:

This contemporary unit has a view of Waterscape's tropical garden and oasis and a partial view of the Gulf of Mexico. The primary bedroom and living room open up to a spacious balcony with outdoor seating. The condo 's kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. The unique dining area has bench style seating and can accommodate six people. This condo offers a brightly colored twin bunk area, full bath with a stand-up shower, and a washer/dryer off of the kitchen. The open living room houses a queen sofa bed, TV, and DVD player. The contemporary primary bedroom is highlighted with warm rich hues and features a king bed, private bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, DVD player, and walk-in closet.



Things to Know

Beach service is included from March to October.





All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the

RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory

for access to all Waterscape amenities.

Please note:

● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.

● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.

● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests

and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants

count toward max occupancy regardless of age

● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to

receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay

● A $50 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are

lost or not returned at checkout.

● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands

● Wristbands are not required for beach access

Waterscape has it all.

Beautiful water, beach, pools, walk to restaurants and shops. Condo was lovely and surprisingly quiet in the evening and nighttime. During the day, great place for kids with lots to do.

Excellent Spring Break Trip!

Our family absolutely loved our stay here. Everything in the room pictured here is accurate. The bed in this rooms is SO comfortable and my two girls loved the bunks. We enjoyed all of the property’s amenities and the beach. We loved that two beach chairs were included. The staff were all super helpful and friendly! We will definitely be back!

The condo was exactly as shown in the pictures and description. The pools and beach were right there. We spent most of our days near the heated pool. This was our second time here and my kids are already asking when we can return.

Loved the area. The resort was great for our kids (2 and 4). Lots of fun things really close. Beach was great. Had umbrellas and chairs setup for guest. Water had some seaweed but what can you do. We really enjoyed our time. Kids loved the lazy river and splash pad.

It is exactly as pictured . Furnishings are stylish and most of all comfortable . We had plenty of towels and washcloths . It was also super clean ! The balcony is amazing . You can even see the ocean !

Great Condo!

Very clean, smelled great when we arrived! We enjoyed the beach service, the balcony has views of the pool and you can even see the ocean too. The starter pack of toilet paper, laundry soap, dishwasher soap, shampoo and conditioner etc, was really helpful. We never needed to buy more. Fudpuckers tiki hut at the pool has good food and drinks. I would stay in this condo again, it was a great price!

Holiday Getaway

We booked this condo for a last minute getaway while our kids were on Christmas break. Pros: Waterscape is a beautiful resort that is well maintained and all the staff were very friendly. We loved the pools, hot tubs and easy access to the beach. The location is great with restaurants, stores and entertainment close by. The room was clean and comfortable. Cons: We never had enough hot water. The pull out sofa was broken. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book here again.

We are very happy to stay in this place. Staff very nice. Our shower leaked and they fixed it right after we reported it. The apartment was very clean. It was impossible to be bored outside. The kids played in the pool until late in the evening. On the beach, after reporting the apartment number, you could use beach chairs and umbrellas. I recommend this place.

Toddler vacation

This place was perfect for our small family. Perfect location. Tons for kids to do. The beach access and chair set up was so convenient. Pools give you lots of options. Great food within walking distance. The check in was so easy with flawless communication. They even called to say we could check in early because they knew we were arriving before chck in time. Wonderful customer service. Bed so so comfortable. Only complaint is that the bunks are right by the air conditioner. It was really too loud to use them. We only have one child so utilized the couch and it was no problem. Could be for larger group though. Def will be back
