By the pictures on line it was obvious the unit (607) was dated and needed to be refreshed. Could have lived with that if the property was clean. However, it was not clean. The furniture was worn, uncomfortable, and terribly stained and dirty. We had to cover the furniture with bed linens to sit on it. As well, the carpet in the bedrooms appeared to be original and was stained beyond cleaning (we never walked barefoot in the unit the entire four night stay). On arrival the condo had a very strong odor of pesticide spray. The floors had trash on them that made it appear to not have been swept and mopped. Glass top table was covered in sand and had obviously not been cleaned. After finding the condo like this we looked for Google reviews. Every one of the previous complaints we read had never been remedied. The complex is in a great location and the pool and amenities were nice which is the only reason that we gave it as high of a rating as we did. For the price, we did not get the value. Seriously considered renting another place. By the time the rental company finally got in touch with and it was obvious no discount was going to be offered we decided to tough it out for the next three nights. This condo needs a lot of attention. Buyer beware, you are not getting your moneys worth here.

Loved the beach condo!

Everything was perfect! Great location to beach, having kitchen, pool, and good location without a car. Uber-ed a few times and walked to a few nearby spots. Would definitely love to stay here again!

Location and condo were great! There’s an additional 15 fee per person for a bracelet to get into pool and down to the beach. Would have been nice if it was included with the booking. But other than that, all was fantastic!

Excellent facility and location

Soccer tournament was our reason to come to Destin. Excellent location and easy access for restaurants and shopping. Pool was marvelous and a short walk to beach! I’ll be back

White sand and Peaceful!

Needed to get away of the cold and gloom of Michigan so booked a week here. Gorgeous view, lucked out with the weather for December, and was quiet and peaceful. Enjoyed the pool, hot tub, beach and water. Was hard to leave and we already want to come back. Condo was perfect size for our family of 4!
