The Space:

Treat yourself at the newest luxury resort in Fort Walton Beach! this home has a comfortable and fresh look with newly painted walls, beautiful furnishings, king pillow top mattress and 46' flat screen HDTV. Unit A426 is one of the largest condos Waterscape offers. The primary bedroom and living room all open up to a spacious balcony with a six chair dining table and chaise lounges. You can see the tropical pool oasis and the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico from the balcony. The living room offers a queen sofa bed, recliner, TV, DVD player, and cd stereo system. The dining room has a large dining table with seating. The kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and beautifully tiled floors. There is a twin bunk area next to a private bath with a stand up shower. The primary bedroom features a king bed, TV, DVD player, and walk in closet. A washer/dryer are conveniently located by the kitchen for your use. WIFI is available everywhere on the property. Guests are granted two beach chairs and an umbrella everyday of their stay.

All guests regardless of age are to be considered for Occupancy count in Fort Walton Beach, FL



All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the

RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory

for access to all Waterscape amenities.

Please note:

● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.

● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.

● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests

and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants

count toward max occupancy regardless of age

● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to

receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay

● A $50 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are

lost or not returned at checkout.

● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands

● Wristbands are not required for beach access

Waterscape fun!

This condo was perfect for my family of four with 2 younger kids. There is enough activities there between the different pools, kiddie area, beach and lazy river to fill up a week. Also nice to be within walking distance to restaurants. The condo had every accomodation we needed for a great stay.

Just a few days on a beautiful beach!

Our condo was clean and perfectly appointed. Check in was a breeze and the amenities were wonderful! The pools were sparkling and we truly appreciated the complimentary beach chairs and umbrella!! Many restaurants and shops are within walking distance. A visit to the pier is a must if you enjoy sea life. We had a blast watching stingrays and multiple dolphin swim and play in the waves. Most noteworthy of all is the hospitality of everyone we met in Fort Walton Beach! We were welcomed with smiles and friendly conversations everywhere from the condo staff to the grocery store to the restaurants. We will be back with our daughters! Thanks for a great time!

Good Choice for Beach Week

Unit was clean and ready when promised. The beds were all comfortable, A/C was cold. All appliances in working order. We would have liked a starter set of coffee for our first morning, and a small salt and pepper available in the kitchen, but I understand those may be considered non-essentials. Unit had lots of towels. Building itself felt safe. Pools were great. Beach service was great and a nice item that isn’t normally included. Overall a positive review and I would recommend. Listing is straight forward and accurate.
