Marie met us on arrival and made us feel so welcome. I was in awe of the hamper that awaited us.. homemade bread, Irish smoked salmon, cheese, fruit and treats for my children! This was so thoughtful, thank you Marie! The property is a home away from home, we had everything that we needed. The beds were comfy with gorgeous linen. Plenty of towels as well as beach towels were available. The courtyard garden was the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee, which was also provided! The photos do not do it justice. Ballyvaughn was the perfect base for exploring and only a short distance from the Cliffs of Moher. Marie also gave us a map of the area and provided recommendations for other local attractions. We had a lovely meal in one of the local pubs and were lucky enough to hear traditional Irish music whilst we were there. We would stay here again without hesitation.
