Cannery Row is situated at the corner of North Shore Drive and Dyckman Road - with easy access to Lake Michigan right across the street, and a short walk to charming downtown South Haven! The unit is spacious, 1500 sq ft, inviting, bright, and comfortable. The unit location, directly across from the association pool and hot tub, features a private outdoor balcony with pool views to watch the sunset. The first floor has an open concept design to the kitchen, living and dining rooms. A wall of windows and skylights facing west bring in lots of sun. A patio door opens to the balcony to enjoy the outdoors. On colder days, enjoy the living room gas fireplace along with cable television and DVD. Central air conditioning is available but with all the windows and ceiling fans, you might not need central air. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, electric stove, fridge w/ice maker and full size washer & dryer along with all cookware & utensils. If you'd like to grill, the association charcoal grills are available for your grilling pleasure. The first floor master bedroom contains a queen size bed, full wall of closets and a large window with a view. The master bath has jacuzzi tub, shower and double sink. Go upstairs to the loft, used as both a sitting and sleeping area, where there is a queen size air mattress sofa bed and a trundle bed which can be used as two single beds or put together to make a king bed. The full bath contains a sink, tub & shower. Linens, blankets, and comforters are provided. However, bath and beach towels are NOT supplied. Our unit is nonsmoking and no pets allowed. You will be very comfortable in this condo as it is very nicely appointed with all the amenities you need for a perfect vacation! Maximum number of occupants is 6, no exceptions.

Wonderful Condo in SoHa with a great location

We have been visiting South Haven for 25+ years. We love the Cannery Row location. The condo was super clean and well stocked (food and cleaning supplies). The condo has been remodeled and very comfortable. The pool is clean and great in the afternoons. My host was easy to work with. We had a wonderful time. We hope we can rent this property in the future.

Perfect pool plus beach condo

If you are looking for amenities like a pool, hot tub, beach across the street..this us the place for you! A short few blocks down Dyckman gets you to downtown shops and dining. Rent an escooter, bike or golf cart and get everywhere easy! Newly refurbished condo with upgrades like step in shower, loft woth plenty of room for kids!

Convenient and Fun for All Ages

Owner was very gracious and communicated clearly and often. Beautiful setting and condo. Recently redone. Lots to do and most anything we needed was provided. Would liked to have had bath towels provided, but we understood we needed to bring them. Flexible sleeping arrangements in the loft area suited our ages well - 9 13 year old and Granny. Covered balcony is a lovely place to enjoy breakfast and sunset. Convenient beach, bakery, general store made life easy. Hard to leave!

Great Family Retreat !!!! Worry Free !!!

I would highly recommend this property. Everything was perfect ,From a warm welcome from the owner, who was a joy to work with, Nancy really wanted our time in South Haven to be memorable , Which it was. The property is great for a family of 5-6 adults,very comfortable..Nancy was very helpful and so were the neighbors in the complex very helpful and welcoming.The grounds of the complex are very well maintained.The Unit was very clean and everything was in very good working order. Beds were comfy and It was great having a master bedroom on the main floor.There were instructions for TV ,Internet,and all were easy to use. Our weather was perfect and Hot!!! With a pool right outside the door we were in the pool all the time . Easy walk to town, and enjoyed many of the shops and restaurants , Loved the restaurant Taste!!! Many evening walks for Ice Cream. Rented a pontoon boat in Holland and spent a great day up there about 40mins. away .Dinner and Shopped in Sagatuck,had a great time . I would diffidently stay here again It's the best Place to Stay in South Haven. I am so looking forward to returning.Thank you again for Sharing your wonderful condo... We will be back !!

Great location, Lovely place!

Fantastic location with easy access to beach and lovely pool. The renovations are lovely. The kitchen was well outfitted. Everything was perfect for our family. This is a condo group with mostly elderly owners there. This is not a place if you group is loud or your kids are rambunctious. Our kids are very disciplined but the rules at the pool are strict.

The condo was clean and well designed - in comfort and view of the lake. The grounds were well kept and pleasant to view from the balcony. We did not take advantage of the pool but it was obvious that other guests thoroughly enjoyed it. The location is easy access to downtown South Haven and the parking lot is a God send since parking in South Haven is hard to come by.

We love the pool right outside the door and the beach just a block away. Downtown is only a ten minute walk. Very nice accommodations though it would be nice if towels and washcloths were included. This was our second year in this unit and we absolutely would stay there again.

Great Location for a Family vacation getaway

Our family has had a wonderful time here every year. We have been renting for many many years in this condo. The convenience of the location is great. Park your car and you really never have to drive anymore. The condo is clean and beautifully kept up.A short walk across the street to the beach. A couple block walk to town. Enjoy the sunsets!!

Fantastic place to stay in South Haven!!!!!!!

The Cannery Row condominiums were an excellent location to stay in South Haven. The pool was kept meticulously clean and the entire grounds were beautifully kept. Many of the owners of other condominiums at Cannery Row were there and were very friendly and welcoming to us as renters. The property we rented was perfect for our family. The living area was spacious and well furnished. It was exactly as the owner had described it; and the owner was responsive to any questions I had prior to renting and after the decision to rent was made. There was a mixup with the keys to get into the condominium and she quickly responded and resolved the issue. She was a GREAT person to rent from. I'd highly recommend staying at the Cannery Row condominiums and Nancy was "the BEST" to rent from.

Great Place!!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed this condo. Has all the amenities you could ask for and the pool is right outside the door. Everything was clean and in working order. You can walk to the beach, and all the downtown restaurants, and shops. The sunsets in South Haven are breathtaking, especially when eating an ice cream cone. Come, relax, and enjoy!

A Relaxing Get-A-Way

We have rented this condo every summer for the past eight years. The unit is very spacious. The complex has a very nice pool and is across the street from the beautiful beach. It is within walking distance of downtown shops and restaurants. You can't beat the location. The owners are very accommodating. I would highly recommend this rental.

Best Annual Summer Vacation

We have been staying at this location for at least 15 plus years. It is like going home every summer. It is a perfect location for walking everywhere and not have to take your car out of the driveway. The condo is always clean and kept updated with everything you would want. The sleeping accommodations are more than adequate. The owners are always available if needed with any questions. They are wonderful to rent from. The Pool is great with a Beach access across the street with a short walking distance. This is a perfect family setting. Plenty of restaurants from fast food to fine dinning. I would highly recommend this location to my friends and family.

Annual Family Reunion

We have been coming to this rental property for over 12 years. It is our annual destination in June to enjoy time with our extended family. The location is great-it faces the beach so the view is awesome, it is a quick walk across the street to the beach or across the bridge to downtown and the pier. The condo itself is roomy, clean and well maintained. The beds are comfortable. We have watched our girls grow up here and they still enjoy the heated pool, the downtown Bakery, the dog shop, exploring the shops downtown, Shermans for ice cream, the movie theatre, grilling out back while the kids enjoy the pool and the adults enjoy a cocktail and evenings on the beach watching the sunset. We see the same families each year at the condo and everyone is friendly and enjoys the vacation atmosphere. Our daughters, who are now in college look forward to continuing the tradition of our family vacation in South Haven.

Perfect location!

Enjoyed a wonderful getaway over Labor Day weekend. What a great time we had celebrating the end of summer. The condo is comfortable, spacious, and very neat. We loved being able to walk just across the street to a beautiful beach to take in a spectacular sunset. The owner was quick to respond to our questions before booking. We will be back!

Great getaway

I have traveled to 49 states and can say that this is one of the nicest rental properties I have stayed in. It has comfortable and cozy furnishings and all the amenities needed. It is a great location to walk everywhere from the beach to town where there are wonderful little restaurants and shops and even a movie theater. From the balcony is a great view of the lake and sunsets. If you are looking for a place to truly relax and enjoy some downtime, this is the place to rent.

Great location and family friendly

My husband and two children and I stayed here in June 2013 and had a lovely stay. The location is fantastic as it faces the lake and has lake access right across the street. The unit itself has a large, open, fully equipped kitchen which made it easy to prepare meals and not have to go out, which is helpful with children. The bedrooms have nice beds and are good sized. Full bathrooms on both levels made getting ready easy. There were lots of options for sleeping and easily could fit a couple families. The living room area is comfortable and is open to the kitchen and looks out over the balcony. We enjoyed sitting out evenings on the balcony after getting the kids to bed. The pool was right out front and a welcoming end to a day at the beach. The downtown area is close by as are parks in walking distance. We would definitely stay there again and hope to bring friends!

may 2013 review-girls weekend

We stayed in this unit for a girls weekend the first week end in may. The weather was perfect. The condo is very spacious and is laid out in such a way that if some want to party and some want to rest that can be done because there are bedrooms on both levels. We went into Grand Haven on our first night because one of the ladies had a particular restaurant she wanted to try. It was not far and the restaurant was nice. But what I really liked is the rest of the time we were able to walk anywhere we wanted to go. Dining, shopping or the beach are all within walking distance. It is a very nice place to go and unwind. Just taking an evening stroll was nice. and the sunset was quite beautiful. And when you are ready to come in for the evening. You have a nice deck to sit and enjoy the rest of your evening. This unit is kept up very nicely. I will be going back in the near future.

We fell in love with the magic of South Haven immediately! For many years, we have vacationed and watched the kids grow up on the beach; they now bring their kids to the very same South Haven beach. That's the type of people and community you find here. Both owners and renters are a mix of couples, families with kids of all ages and multi-generational families vacationing together. The South Haven experience is a throw back to the earlier days of easy summer living with fun & relaxation centered around family and the lake. Come with a pair of shorts & a swimsuit and you'll be set for the week. Don't forget the golf clubs & water toys! If you're interested in gourmet dining, and there are some great local restaurants, the summer atmosphere of this area encourages casual dress. And when your day is over, you'll have a comfortable place to rest. As our second home we want to make your stay as enjoyable as possible so that you have a great South Haven experience!
