Streamside Retreat w/Creek and Mountain Views-Private Hot Tub overlooking creek
STR-010145 This is an ideal 5BR/3.5 BA property for two or three families vacationing together who want to enjoy all that Frisco has to offer. Three master bedrooms are complemented by two additional bedrooms with plenty of sleeping room for the kids. Two of the master bedrooms have their own private bathrooms and televisions. NOTE: Parking is LIMITED. Parking is for a maximum of four vehicles and only three vehicles when snow is excessive or if you have large trucks/vans etc. There is only one garage parking spot, which is too small for some vehicles. Two or three vehicles may be parked in the driveway depending on the size of your vehicles and the amount of snow. Additional vehicles can be parked in the free public parking area two blocks away. There is no overnight street parking available. Parking information is posted on the bulletin board inside of the house.
The main living area includes a large living room equipped with a queen sleeper sofa for extra guests. A dining table seats eight and four additional guests can be accommodated on the swiveling counter stools.
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and a laundry room adjacent the kitchen includes a large washer and drier installed in 2022.
A large master bedroom is located off the living room and includes it's own television, French doors out to the deck as well as its own bathroom with a claw foot tub and separate shower. The main floor also includes a half bath located near the front entrance.
The second floor includes three bedrooms. A master bedroom suite with its own television and bathroom has a king bed. Of the other two bedrooms, one has a king bed and one has a queen bed. A full bath is located in the hallway between these two bedrooms.
The third floor a 'kid lounge' with two sets of bunkbeds, two window beds, a living area, and a large screen television.
A back deck has a six-person hot tub and overlooks the Ten Mile Creek. The hot tub is available year-round. NOTE: The hot tub is maintained between guests to keep it clean for you, so, in some instances, it may not be up to temperature or suitable for use on the evening of your arrival. A path along the creek allows creek access for fishing, rafting, kayaking, hiking, etc. Mt. Royal is across the street and is an excellent family hiking route.
The house is equipped with soaring ceilings, a gas fireplace, and in-floor radiant heat. Log accents and rustic decor give our home a cabin-like feel, but modern conveniences such as wireless internet and cable and streaming television allow you to remain connected. Come and enjoy the sounds of the Creek and feel like you are worlds away, when you are only one block off Frisco's Main Street.
Take the free summit county buses to Copper Mountain, Breckenridge, Keystone, or A-Basin. Alternatively, take the 25 minute drive to Vail. The bus stop adjacent the property is one of the last stops prior to Copper Mountain, so you can be there in a flash!
NOTE: This house includes a very small garage apartment that is mainly used for storage and is not part of the rental. Owner or owner family members use the the apartment a few times a year.

We had a great stay! The house was perfect for our large group, and it was in a great location. The host was very responsive leading up to our stay, and the check in and check out process was very easy. Would stay here again!
Centrally located for EPIC pass holders (Vail, Keystone, Breckenridge, and Beaver Creek). Immaculate house. Very close to restaurants, bars, shop and grocery stores.
Great location and a wonderful home to stay in! Right next to Frisco and close to the highway made ski visits easy and accessible. We had a minor issue during our stay and our host was very communicative and helped us out right away.
Having soap, shampoo, lotion, dish detergent, laundry detergent, coffee,.. at hand was extremely helpful.Beautiful property and nearby trails and town.
The home was fantastic! It was clean, had plenty of amenities, and kept our group cozy and entertained for a week of skiing! Perfect place for a family or friend group getaway
We stayed here to ski copper mountain and had a great time! Really short drive/ shuttle ride to the mountain. The house was clean and well stocked and we enjoyed the view and hot tub as well!
We've stayed at this Condo a couple of years ago and tried to get it again the next year but was too late. Got it again for this trip. The condo is very roomy for all 10 of us. The location is amazing for walking to Main St and enjoying shopping and eating.
We've stayed here before. Love the house. Perfect location. Walkable to downtown Frisco. Centrally located to the resorts we go to; Vail, Breck, Keystone, and Beaver Creek. Grill, hot tub, big living room to gather. Everything good!
The was perfect for our family. We came out to visit son and snowboard at Copper, it was a great location. We could walk to Frisco daily. There is also an awesome restaurant right by it. Communication with the owners was great throughout the trip. We’d recommend and come back again!!
House is really nice and there's a stream running behind the house which is very tranquil. Great location, nearby walking path and walkable to downtown Frisco.
House pictures were accurate and the overall layout of the house is great. Plenty of room to hang out in the living room and a large kitchen table.
Host was really nice and very responsive with any questions we had before and during our stay.
The location only a couple of blocks from hiking and the shops and bars of Frisco yet only a few hundred yards from I-70 which we never heard due to the creek in the back yard. Saw a red fox trotting down street in front of house. House had plenty of room.

Very beautiful and spacious!
We loved everything about this place. If there was one thing I would change it would have been to have screens on the windows. We have a few little kids and with it being hot we had to be really careful with windows open. Other than that it was great and we would definitely come back!

Thank you for your review and we are so glad that you enjoyed your stay! Upon inspecting the property, we did find that all of the third floor screens and a second floor screen had been removed and placed in the closet. We put these screens back on the windows and the vast majority of the windows do have screens. We do caution adults, that while screens are very effective in keeping out bugs, they are not at all effective for keeping children inside windows and are not designed to do this. If you are worried that your children will climb or fall out of the windows, please keep them on the first floor.
Excellent home for a skiing trip with multiple families
The home was well appointment for multiple families with kids. The kitchen had all you need to make multiple whatever you needed. Property was clean and well maintained. The warm floors and gas fireplace were so enjoyable after a cold day.
Manage the use of hot water careful. Only negative I can think of if pressed to provide one.
Would love to stay again and certainly would recommend.
My extended family and I stayed in this home for a ski vacation which was the perfect size and location for skiing in summit county. The home is beautiful and well stocked, but definitely had some wear and tear and could use some updates, some of the mattresses were comfortable and others were not. We had some issues with the hot tub and one of the bathrooms which were fixed by working with the management company, which was responsive. The one car garage is also very small, we were able to park one smaller vehicle in the garage and the two larger ones in the driveway. Overall a lovely stay which fits a large family for a reasonable price.

Large, well stocked, worth the visit
We had a total of 16 people in the property (4 families with elementary aged children) and could not have enjoyed our stay more. The house is outstandingly well equipped for catering for large groups. The kitchen has everything a chef could need and enough flatware etc for large groups eating together. The communal spaces are what really sets the house apart from others that we have stayed in. The children enjoyed having the top floor largely to themselves to play in, whilst the adults could use the living room and dining room in relative quiet. The house has wonderful features with a huge open ceiling. The bedrooms are very comfortable. The owner was very responsive, prompt in returning emails and generous with our requests. We loved staying here and will definitely be booking for next season.
This was a private home on beautiful 10 Mile Creek. The home was well laid out with grandparent suite on main level and bedrooms upstairs for grandkids and parents. Hot tub was a nice treat especially with sound of creek right behind it.Town was about 1/2 mile so nice easy walk or ride. Frisco is a great little town, access to bike rentals and rides, Lake activities, boat ride, many local hikes and others just 1/2 hr or so away. Food served outside from most establishments.
Kitchen well stocked, and washer/dryer came in handy after a couple days of fishing and being caught in rain.
Kerry was easy to get ahold of. code system on door worke perfectly.
This is a great rental and we would do it again!

Liked: Check-in, location, listing accuracy
Disliked: Cleanliness, communication
While the overall ambiance of the place was quite pleasant and offered a comfortable stay, my experience was unfortunately marred by the behavior of the maintenance staff. The individual who responded to my text message came across as both disrespectful and sarcastic, which was disappointing. I raised several concerns, including the issue of a dirty floor, but, regrettably, no one came to address this problem. Despite my requests, nobody showed up to clean it.I also requested a manager to call me to discuss these issues, but I have yet to receive any follow-up. It’s truly unfortunate that this is the level of customer service provided by your team. I strongly believe that you should consider making changes to ensure a more professional service. Please feel free to reach out to me; my contact number and email are available to you.

We are very regretful when any guest has a less perfect stay. However, we are pleased that we are able to offer a local maintenance staff to address any problems or issues that guests have. The maintenance staff charges us by the trip, but we do believe it is worth the price to ensure guest satisfaction. In this case, we can see that the maintenance staff twice went to the property to resolve issues during this particular stay. The issues were marked as resolved. We encourage any guests with unresolved issues to contact us during their stay so that we can continue to work to resolve the issues. We did not receive any communication regarding unresolved issues during this stay. While our maintenance staff is generally very professional, we will report this instance of guest dissatisfaction to them as we hope they will continue to work with us to ensure guest satisfaction.
We enjoyed 9 nights in this wonderfully spacious but oh so cozy home. We had plenty of room for games, puzzles, dining. House has many games for all ages. The private hot tub with a beautiful view of the stream was a great way to wind down the day.
The first floor primary suite featured plenty of room, a very comfortable king size bed, walk in closet and a large comfortable bathroom -perfect and clean.
The spacious kitchen included everything we needed for Thanksgiving meal prep and a fun meal at the large table.
Our family of 7 adults had a wonderful time.
Grill was handy and the warm gaslit fireplace (so smart with timer), heated floor and easy keypad entry - all were great touches.
2 add’l kings and a queen on the second floor and two more full baths. And a large rec room/bunk room on the third floor - so comfy.
And little details like great smelling hand soaps, plenty of towels, very comfortable beds were greatly appreciated.
Close to town - easy walk to shopping and restaurants and wonderful Frisco Main St.
We enjoyed Tavern West about 100 steps away!
Easy access to frisco bike trail for walking, or a walk around the neighborhood and a quick drive to Breckenridge.
We were so lucky to spend time all together with our Frisco daughter and son-in-law and our Denver daughter in this fantastic home.
Would definitely rent again!
My family had an absolutely fabulous time vacationing at this property in mid-July. Very spacious, great location, well-stocked, and the sound of the river running was extremely calming. We look forward to returning again in the future!

We all have a passion for the outdoors and really enjoy all summit county and the surrounding areas have to offer. The photos shows Todd, Joe, Kerry and Doug on Mt. Massive.
Why they chose this property
We were visiting Frisco over Memorial day in 2013 and found this amazing property on the creek. The kayakers cruising through the backyard sealed the deal for us.
What makes this property unique
This property is so close to Main Street, yet backs up to a peaceful setting on the creek and has fabulous mountain views out the front. It doesn't get any better.
