Nestled at the base of the mountains in a spectacular desert setting, this Spanish-style home brings luxe comfort and gorgeous scenery to any Palm Springs getaway. This is a place for basking in the beauty of your surroundings - by unwinding in the heated pool and spa, barbecuing on the back patio amidst flowering gardens, and dining alfresco as the setting sun illuminates the sky.

This single-story home is part of the Desert Highland Gateway Estates on the northwest side of Palm Springs. It's a setting that gives you excellent access to neighborhood tennis courts, the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway (five miles), and the renowned restaurants, boutiques, nightlife, and cultural attractions of downtown Palm Springs (three miles).

Step inside to find an open and social space that's wonderful for entertaining. The eat-in kitchen is a home chef's delight, offering stainless steel appliances that include double ovens, a gas range, a French-door fridge, and a wine cooler. Host special dinners at the large dining room table, bring dessert outside to the patio, and stream movies and play board games by the gas fireplace in the living room once the sun goes down.

The three bedrooms in the main part of the house include two with en suite bathrooms, smart TVs, and direct access to the patio. The fourth bedroom is in a separate casita which includes its own smart TV, bathroom, and desk workspace. Other home essentials - such as central air, complimentary WiFi, and a washer/dryer - are provided as well.

Best Experience!

We stayed here as a group of four while we worked in the area for about 7 months. We have all been traveling for work for years now and lived in countless rental properties. I can honestly say this was the best experience we all have had! The house is beautiful inside and out. It has everything you need to feel at home. Kitchen is well equipped with a second fridge in the garage. Spacious living room. Internet service is fast. The backyard is gorgeous with great views of San Jacinto mountains, beautiful sunsets every night. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. close to the Aerial Tram and downtown. Our host, William, was very very kind and accommodating to our situation. Frequently checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. If there was an issue(only minor) William had them fixed right away! 15/10 house, 15/10 host!

We have been renting houses to vacation in for 14 years. This was the best house we have stayed at in that time. The furniture, decor, the kitchen were all exceptional. Due to injuries from a fall, we were unable to leave for three weeks more than we were books for. The owner had the house booked after we were scheduled to leave and he was gracious by changing their plans and allowing us to stay the extra three weeks for healing. If this house was available for next year, we would book it.
