This spacious 2,200 sq ft lakefront home features stylish, modern furnishings and multiple areas to gather or unwind. Enjoy breathtaking lake views and stunning sunsets from the master bedroom, living room, dining room, or the large deck, which includes a hot tub, grill, and fire pit. The home offers two living areas, indoor and outdoor dining spaces, and a fully stocked kitchen with bar seating. Perfect for families or groups, it provides multiple private sleeping areas, an 80" TV with Netflix, a foosball table, and arcade games. Additional amenities include fast, reliable WiFi, washer and dryer, free parking, and premium finishes throughout.

The sleeping arrangements accommodate a variety of guests: 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 1 bunk bed (full + twin), 2 twin beds, 1 futon, 1 sofa, and 1 air mattress, comfortably hosting large families or small groups.

Guests can enjoy complimentary kayaks and a paddleboard from mid-April to early November, and a pontoon boat from late May through mid-September (for an additional fee). The hot tub is available year-round. Please contact the host if you’d like to use any water equipment so it can be prepared for you.

This home is designed for relaxing stays, not events. Parties or large gatherings are not permitted, and quiet hours begin after 10 PM. Visitor approval is required for additional guests. Smoking inside the home will incur a $500 fee. Exterior security cameras monitor entry areas for safety. Failure to follow house rules may result in cancellation without refund. Pets are welcome with approval. A $200 fee per pet per stay applies. Please include the number and type of pets in your booking request.
