A modern apartment located in the quiet village of Tscherms (Cermes) near Meran (Merano) in South Tyrol, the Holiday Apartment Vitus consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 people (or 2 adults and 2 children). Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and a satellite television. A cot and a highchair are both available upon request. Outside, there is a private garden with a small furnished terrace, perfect for enjoying views of the Alps. In the summer, the location is ideal for hiking and mountain biking. The nearest supermarket is just a few minutes drive away (1.5km). The nearest bakery is in the centre of Tscherms, which is less than 10 minutes walk away (800m). The nearest ski lift is Meran 2000, which is 15 minutes away by car (11km). The nearest airport is in Innsbruck, which is 2 hours drive away (150km).
Bed linens and towels are included in the price.
A washing machine is available in the common area. The apartment offers good tap water (Grander water). The property is located on a Bio farm.
For relaxation, the private sauna can be used for a small fee and by arrangement.

Der Traum von Südtirol!
Pros: Herzlich und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, fantastische Lage, stilvoll und gemütliche Wohnung, idyllischer Biobauernhof, tolle Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, leckere hausgemachte Lebensmittel. Sehr zu empfehlen, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Lockere Atmosphäre, auf dem liebevoll gestalteten Hof.
Pros: Das Apartment ist gemütlich und durchdacht eingerichtet und hat eine top Lage. Karin und Klaus sind sehr nette Vermieter. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder.
