Welcome to this beautiful house nestled between two of Dublin's most exclusive residential
areas - Donnybrook which is known for Dublin's most beautiful inner city park - Herbert park which spans 32 acres and Ranelagh known for its superb selection of restaurants and bars. The house is located on a lovely quiet cul de sac and incredibly peaceful for a city centr location. With three bedrooms featuring one super king size bed with en-suite bathroom and one King size bed, as well as a double bed. The period residence has touches of class with original features and luxurious furnishings. There is a drawing room with a real fire place, a dining room with seating for 10 people and a large kitchen area with seating for another 10 people. State of the art cooking facilities and a comfortable snug area for relaxing. Heating keeps the space comfortable year-round, and thoughtful touches like an iron and hair dryer add convenience. You’re sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place.
