Sehr sauberes und gemütliches Haus, tolle Lage. Matratzen des Doppelbettes im Obergrschoss sollten erneuert werden. Sonst alles super!

Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist sehr gut. Ruhige Lage und trotzdem nicht weit vom Strandaufgang entfernt.Die Türen könnten eine Überholung gebrauchen. Die Türklinken sind alle locker und alle Türen knarzen wie verrückt.

Wir waren vor 2 Jahren schon mal in der Unterkunft. Und müssen sagen: Da hat sich sehr viel getan in den beiden Jahren und das nur zum positiven.Sehr sauber und ordentlich. Und was uns sehr gut gefallen hat, waren die neuen Möbel. Immer wieder gerne. Wir waren alle super begeistert und zufrieden!

Das Objekt ist super der zweite Parkplatz ist allerdings für Schwerbehinderten Personen zu weit weg vom Objekt. Strand gleich hinter dem Grundstück, ein Bäcker ist in der Nähe. Das Haus hat auf der oberen Etage zusätzlich ein kleinen Vorraum (mini Wohnzimmer) so verteilt sich alles wenn man mit mehreren Leuten da ist. Alles gut nur zu viele Emails und eine gesplittete Rechnung durch die Verwaltung ist verbesserungs würdig.

Schönes Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus hat eine sehr schöne Aufteilung und viele mit Liebe arrangierten Details. Die großen Fenster bringen so viel schönes Licht ins Haus. Auffallend ist, dass sich wirklich gut um das Objekt gekümmert wird. So banal das klingt, es fiel direkt der Geruch von neuem Möbel in einem der Zimmer auf. Ebenso positiv zu erwähnen ist, dass eine Reisebett für Kleinkinder und ein Babystuhl vorhanden sind; und eine moderne Waschmaschine in der man wirklich mal Kleidung waschen kann. Kamin, Sauna und Whirlpool haben wir nicht genutzt, wäre aber sicher interessant gewesen.Herausragend ist auch die Lage des Objektes. Fast hinten am Wald. In einer richtig ruhigen Ecke. Die Nachbarhäuser haben ausreichend Abstand und man fühlt sich nicht gestört.Alles in allem ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Tolles Ferienhaus

Schönes Ferienhaus in super Lage. Nur zwei Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Parkplatz zu weit entfernt vom Haus für An- und Abreise. Der zweite dazu gebuchte Parkplatz lag außerhalb vom Ferienpark, gute 10 Minuten Fußweg. In der Vorsaison keine Bahn und kein Bäcker, sehr schade.Haus könnte sauberer sein (Geräte mal entkalkt, Spinnweben weg, Augentropfen vom Vorbesitzer noch auf der Bettkante, Whirlpooldüsen mal reinigen). Anreise erfolgte mit 5 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern, Dusche in der oberen Etage nur für kleine Menschen da Dachschräge, für volle Auslastung ist es insgesamt schon knapp bemessen. Gelände sehr gepflegt, toller Spielplatz.

Naturnaher Urlaub

Die Lage ist super, im hügeligen Strandwald. Da kann man wunderbar auf der Terrasse mitten in der Natur sitzen. Einmal kam morgens sogar ein Reh vorbei. Zum Strand ist es auch nicht weit, so das man morgens und abends mal schnell mit Handtuch zum Baden gehen kann. Die Unterkunft selbst war für 6 Personen genau richtig. Die Kommunikation mit der Verwaltung war problemlos, die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich. Die Lösung mit dem Schlüssel und dem Safe hat den Check-in und Check-out auch einfach gemacht. Lediglich der Preis ist Recht hoch, ist aber momentan leider überall so. gemacht. Das Einzige was

Im Wäldchen hinter der Düne

Das Häuschen liegt sehr schön und ruhig. Obwohl die Ferienhäuser recht eng stehen, hat man um das Haus herum genügend Privatsphäre. In wenigen Schritten ist man am Strand, beim Bäcker, im Café Klatsch (sehr leckerer Kuchen). Ein Spaziergang durch den Wald ist auch herrlich. Das obere Bad ist durch die Schrägen und wenigen Quadratmeter für große Gäste eher ungünstig, da ist die Dusche zu klein und eng. Ansonsten bietet das Haus aber alles, was man braucht, vom Geschirr bis zur Sauna alles drin.

Top Lage

Die Lage ist hervorragend. Die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig. Veraltete Spinnweben an Wänden, Decken und Gardinen und Staubflusen auf dem Boden. Der vorher abgelesene Stromzähler stimmte nicht überein. Das Mobiliar ist in die Jahre gekommen u.a. fleckige Sitzmöbel

Kurztrip über Himmelfahrt

Unseren alljährlichen Kurztrip über Herrentag verbringen wir immer an einem anderen Ort aber hier kommen wir in die Verlegenheit über eine Wiederholung nachzudenken 😄 kurzum das Häuschen für 8 Leute super ausgestattet. Sicher nicht für zwei Wochen aber die Lage… im Wald, am Strand. Mehr geht fast nicht. Okay grillen am Haus ist verboten aber dank der voll ausgestatteten Küche kein Problem. Kühlschrank und Geschirrspüler zu starten war für uns, 7 Männer die alle keine Bedienungsanleitungen brauchen, die größte Herausforderung. Naja und das abschließen der Türen aber wenn man weiß „Klinke hoch, dann geht dat“ kann man getrost in den Urlaubsmodus wechseln. Sauna und Whirlpool gibt es auch noch on Top, also los geht’s. Vielen Dank für die Möglichkeit uns gute Erinnerungen zu schaffen.
