Holiday Apartment No. 8, “Seestern,” in the Waterkant complex is a 3-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people.

Located on the 2nd floor of the Waterkant complex, this approximately 85 m² holiday apartment features a living room with a kitchenette, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a furnished south-facing balcony. The beach is about 100 metres away.

Here you’ll find the luxury that makes your holiday something special. Located in the town centre, a holiday apartment with a nautical decor awaits you. The living room, with its two comfortable sofas, is a real eye-catcher. The built-in fireplace ensures cosy and relaxing evenings. The adjoining dining area features beautiful details. Of course, a flat-screen TV is at your disposal. For sun-seekers, the holiday apartment has two balconies. The first balcony faces northeast. Here, you can gaze out over the rooftops of Boltenhagen from a beach chair. On the second balcony, which faces south, you can enjoy the warming rays of the afternoon sun.

In addition, the holiday apartment has two bedrooms with laminate flooring. The larger bedroom is furnished with a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm), while the smaller bedroom has two single beds (each 80 x 190 cm). Both bedrooms can be darkened with roller shades.

The holiday rental’s modern kitchen features a freestanding cooking island and is very well equipped with a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a ceramic cooktop, a stove, and a dishwasher. The exclusive, tiled bathroom has both a shower and a bathtub. A washing machine is also available here.

The Waterkant complex is located near the Kurhaus, across from the pier. An underground parking space, a bicycle storage room, and free Wi-Fi (subject to availability) are provided.

Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (not made up).

At the Waterkant holiday complex, you’ll spend your holiday right in the heart of Boltenhagen. The beach is about 100 metres away.

Some apartments have free Wi-Fi. One free parking space is available for each apartment in the underground car park (maximum vehicle height: 1.90 metres).

The Waterkant resort offers a total of 29 holiday apartments for two to four people, spread across three buildings situated one behind the other.
Thanks to the spacious layout and the modern, comfortable amenities of the holiday apartments, you can enjoy a wonderful Baltic Sea holiday at the Waterkant complex.

The entrances to Buildings An and B are located at the rear of the building. You can access Building C from the side of the building.

Some apartments feature a beach chair on the balcony. The kitchenettes are fully equipped, and some include dishwashers. Depending on the amenities and size of the holiday apartments, they may feature fireplaces, bathtubs, and, in some cases, washing machines.
