Slice of heaven

It was a delight to stay in such a peaceful, secluded location. There is an authentic feel about the place. If you want to see lots of other tourists and enjoy noisy nightlife, this is not the place for you. If you want to relax and feel peaceful, you will love it. It is compact but lovely. I was originally concerned about a lack of air conditioning but it was absolutely fine. The kitchen is well equipped, the bedrooms comfortable. Plenty of hot water in the shower. We loved our stay. The host kept in touch and was most helpful. Dominica also made us welcome and made it clear that she was available should any issues arise. They didn't. The pool is quite small but perfect for my 8 year old to play in. There is plenty of outdoor space. There is a lovely view of Mt. Teide. There is an all weather football pitch at the bottom of the hill and used most days, but actually it is quite pleasant listening to them having fun. The noise is not frequent or excessive. Playa de Bullollo has fabulous black sand but challenging waves. We loved it. Playa de Rojas is rocky but accessible down a narrow road and quite spectacular. We shopped at Lidl in Santa Ursula and didn't eat out because it was just so nice to be 'at home'

Das Schönste war, um es vorweg zu sagen, die wunderbare Lage am Steilhang mit der phantastischen Aussicht über die üppige Kanarenvegetation hinweg auf den Atlantik und den schneebedeckten Teide. Das Haus mit Terrasse und großzügigem Pool ließ keine Wünsche offen, bis auf einen: die versprochene Zentralheizung fehlte, was das Wohnen mit einem einzelnen elektrischen Heizkörper während einer ungewöhnlich kalten Januarwoche ziemlich ungemütlich machte. Gastgeber Roland spendete mir alten Alleinreisenden Trost, einen zusätzlichen Heizlüfter und telefonische Zuwendung, so dass ich mich gut aufgehoben fühlte und meinen Aufenthalt in diesem gepflegten, sauberen Haus sehr genossen habe.

Ein absoluter Traum! Die Unterkunft bietet wirklich alles, was wir in diesem Urlaub gebraucht haben - absolute Ruhe in privater Atmosphäre und wunderschöne Natur um uns herum. Der Ausblick und auch der Pool sind perfekt. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und war perfekt für uns. Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit und konnten uns rundum entspannen. Eine klare Empfehlung für alle, die auf der Suche nach dem perfekten Ort zum Abschalten sind.

Une magnifique semaine dans une superbe villa ! La terrasse avec vue sur la mer est parfaite pour prendre du bon temps, la piscine est belle et a fait le plaisir de nos enfants. La villa est très bien équipée. Manquait juste un four, peut être en réparation et des lampes de chevets dans les chambres pour lire le soir, mais c'est un détail dans cet endroit que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Roland était disponible par WhatsApp et nous a donné des conseils. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Ein Ort zum Rundum-Wohlfühlen

Wir haben Anfang Februar 9 Tage als Familie mit einem Kleinkind in dem Ferienhaus verbracht und uns rundum wohlgefühlt.Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Ausgestattet war sie perfekt.Die Lage war für uns ideal. Das Haus ist in einem Wohngebiet gelegen und mit einem Mietwagen kann man viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sehr schnell erreichen. Auch Bushaltestellen sind in unmittelbarer Umgebung vorhanden. Die Nähe zum örtlichen Fußballplatz, auf dem abends und am Wochenende trainiert und gespielt wurde, hat uns nicht weiter gestört. Der Blick über die Landschaft bis hin zum Meer und zum Teide ist gigantisch.Ein und auschecken waren sehr einfach. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr nett. So hat er sich mehrfach erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung ist und uns auch Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants gegeben. Unterm Strich können wir die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

Sehr schöne Lage und Ausblick. Das Haus hatte alles, was für einen Aufenthalt benötigt wurde. Es gab ein Problem mit dem warmen Wasser, auf das der Eigentümer schnell reagierte. Zusätzlich leckte die Toilette etwas. Ansonsten war alles in Ordnung.

wunderbarer Aufenthalt in Traum-Anwesen

das Haus bietet einen paradiesischen Ausblick aufs Meer und den Teide und einen wunderschönen, gepflegten Garten. Im sauberen Inneren gab es alle Annehmlichkeiten, die man benötigte (moderne Marken-Küchengeräte etc.). Die Kommunikation mit Herrn Burek und der Hausverwalterin Dominga war je perfekt - mehrfach rief Herr Burek an und fragte nach, wie uns der Aufenthalt gefalle. Ein Mietwagen ist allerdings unabdingbar, um einzukaufen, etwas von der Insel zu sehen etc.Wir haben den 26-tägigen Aufenthalt in diesem Anwesen sehr genossen, eindeutig eine Top-Empfehlung!

Nous avons passé une belle semaine à El sauzal. La maison est fidèle à la description avec une vue dégagée sur la mer et la côte. La piscine est très agréable, la proximité du stade met dans l'ambiance pour les amateurs de foot. Roland a été très réactif en toutes circonstances. Merci à lui. Nous recommandons sans hésiter.

Ein perfektes Haus für einen ruhigen Urlaub

Wer kein Tourileben im Urlaub sucht, muss dieses schöne Haus unbedingt einmal besuchen! Sehr nette Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer, der immer bereit ist zu helfen! Der einzige Nachteil ist die Strandweite. Ohne Auto kommt man nur schwer zum Wasser.

Tolles Ferienhaus mit riesigem Pool in total ruhiger Lage

Wir waren leider nur 5 Tage in Rolands Haus, aber wir haben es genossen. Ein riesiger Pool, ein schönes Aussengelände, ein wahnsinns Blick auf das Meer und wenn man Glück hat und keine Wolken da sind, auch auf den Teide. Der Vermieter ist telefonisch immer erreicht und fragt auch nach, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Der Blick von der großen Couch geht ebenfalls raus aufs Meer. Es ist herrlich. Und erstaunlich, wie ruhig es rundum ist. Bis auf zwei Eulen, die sich jeden Abend rufen. Man braucht aber unbedingt ein Auto, um die schöne Landschaft rundum zu erkunden. Es lohnt sich. Wir durften im Januar als Familie einen fantastischen Urlaub in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbringen. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Einzig die Matratzen waren uns etwas zu weich, aber das ist ja Geschmackssache. Der Blick ist der Wahnsinn. Man schaut einen Hang hoch ins Grüne, daneben den Teide (morgens in rosa Licht getauft, abends lila rot im Sonnenuntergang) und dann das Meer… Einfach paradiesisch. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen und können dieses Haus nur empfehlen!

Ophold 3 uger i november måned

Huset var dejligt og med nyere møbler, og gode senge. Vi manglede dog en emhætte, når vi lavede mad. Ellers et super godt køkken. Det havde været rart med et Klimaanlæg, da det var meget koldt om natten. Udenfor manglede vi hynder til solsengene, da der kun var en. Poolen var kold da temperaturen var 17 grader om natten, og 24 grader om dagen. Det gjorde at poolen ikke kunne blive varm på noget tidspunkt. Det havde været fint, hvis den var opvarmet, og kunne bruges. Vi var trætte af Fodboldstadionet, hvor der blev spillet fodbold hver eftermiddag, og ofte hele dagen i weekenderne, og til sent aften kl.22.30. Der blev brugt tudehorn og klapsalver i stor stil af tilskuerne. Vi havde ud fra anmeldelserne forventet et roligt sted, og det var alt andet end dette. I huset blev vi mødt med megen parfume i form af diverse flasker. Vi tåler ikke dufte, og havde det meget slemt med dette, og måtte sætte dem udenfor. Stedet har en fantastisk udsigt.
