The cosy holiday home with stunning sea views is located in Maracalagonis, a residential area on the south coast of Sardinia. It consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include air conditioning, mosquito nets, a fireplace, fans and a washing machine. A baby bed and a highchair are available upon request.
The property features a private garden and both a covered and open terrace with seating furniture where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful views. There is even a grill for cooking delicious meals outside!
Despite the peaceful location of the holiday home, there are some small kiosks and bars in the area, and also a tennis court. All the essentials are just a short drive away. Der Ausblick von Terrasse und Balkon aufs Meer war fantastisch.
Pros: Wir wurden bei der Ankunft sehr nett von der Gastgeberin empfangen und haben auch Restaurant-Tipps erhalten. Bei Fragen haben wir per Email oder auch Telefon schnell eine Antwort erhalten. Es ist einfach ein wunderschöner Platz zur Erholung. Der Weg zum Strand war 5 min mit dem Auto und 20 min zu Fuß und damit absolut in Ordnung. Cons: Einzig die Biertischgarnitur auf der Terrasse fanden wir nicht so toll. Zum gemütlichen Sitzen ist ein Stuhl doch etwas angenehmer. Ansonsten war die Ausstattung wirklich klasse und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Posizione della casa perfetta, sia come base per girare sia per scendere a mare nelle calette vicine. Tramonti e vista eccezionali!!! Giovanna davvero molto accogliente ed ospitale. Siggiorno consigliatissimo.

Toll ausgestattet, mit sehr netter Gastgeberin und grandioser Aussicht
Pros: Sehr nette Gastgeberin Alles sehr ausreichend vorhanden (Spülmaschine, Tassen, Teller...) Grosse Terrasse mit grandioser Aussicht, sehr privat und ruhig Cons: Die "Bäder" waren eher ein Bad mit kleiner Dusche und ein WC im Untergeschoss. Etwas anders, als nach der Beschreibung erwartet.

Schönes Haus, wunderbare Aussicht
Pros: Das Haus war sauber und hat eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf das Meer. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr gastfreundlich und wir danken ihr von ganzem Herzen für diese unvergessliche Woche in der Villa Gianna. Wir waren 5 Personen und auch unsere 4 jährige Tochter hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus hat für uns alles was es braucht - Bäder/WC, gute Küchenausstattung, eine schöne Aussicht von der Terrasse - einfach ein richtig schönes und gemütliches Ferienhaus. Kein grosser Schnick-Schnack, aber alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die umliegenden Strände sind mit dem Auto gut erreichbar und auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in der Nähe der Villa Gianna. Liebe Giovanna, vielen lieben Dank für alles und wir kommen wieder:-) Liebe Grüsse Valentino & Familie Cons: nichts - wir waren zufrieden und das Haus hat für uns absolut gereicht.

Pros: Unterkunft hat einen super Ausblick und bietet alles für einen entspannten Urlaub inklusive vollausgestattete Küche mit Lavazza Kaffeekapseln. Gastgeber ist jederzeit erreichbar für eventuelle Belange. Cons: Für manche gewöhnungsbedürftig ist der 15 minütige weg zu den Stränden dafür entschuldigt die einmalige Aussicht bei der heimkehr.

Fantastico tutto
Pros: Abbiamo soggiornato presso Villa Gianna due settimane, la vista mozzafiato ha fatto da padrona della vacanza. La casa è in ordine e molto funzionale, molto utile la doccia esterna sul retro a cui si accede dalle camere, il giardino col barbecue molto organizzato. La posizione in vetta rende sicuramente necessaria la macchina ma con una terrazza tale e la vista sul golfo uscire a cena sarebbe stato un vero peccato. Cons: Con l’aggiunta dell’aria condizionata sarebbe stato ancora più perfetto
