Pros: Top Lage 2 Bäder Schöner Wintergarten Schöne Aussicht von der Dachterrasse Cons: - Betten sind durchgelegen - Zu wenig Küchenausstattung (keine Müslischüsseln, jeweils nur 6 Teller, nur 1 küchenhandtuch, Pizzaofen aber kein Pizzaschieber…) - sehr unangenehmer Geruch aus dem Kühlschrank - nur vereinzelt Mückennetze an den Fenstern

Schönes Objekt in schöner Umgebung

Sehr angenehme Kommunikation mit Gianluca. Er war immer ansprechsbereit und hilfsbereit. Tolles Objekt und insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Die Außenanlage des Hauses ist super, das Haus selbst ist auch sehr schön, allerdings sind die Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer etwas beengt, was aber für italienische Häuser nicht ungewöhnlich ist. Sollte man aber wissen. Aber insgesamt empfehlenswert.

Beautiful house, beautiful location

Beautiful house in a nice location with beaches in walking distance. The garden and roof terrace are splendid. Gianluca as host is very nice and even provided some wine, water and olives in the fridge upon arrival. We enjoyed staying in the house - only WIFI was missing (which we expected to be included, in particular considering the price).

Home away from home

Gianlucas House is a lovely little paradise! the house is high quality and furnished with everything you need. Just for example: an extra freezer and a second fridge on the terrace. Also our bed / mattress was good. Just remind: no wifi but very good mobile data connection so we were even able to work and to stream video (but there is also a TV) Communication, checkin, checkout and e.g. final electricity invoicing was perfectly managed. Waste separation works perfectly and the dustman comes almost everyday for one kind of waste. Very nice upper terrace that allows a 360 degree view and seaview. Very nice beaches all around. There are just a few neighbors but many houses were empty during end of June/beginning of July, so the area is quite calm and it is also a good neighborhood where everything is nice and you feel very safe. And very important: Gianluca is such a nice host, so you really feel welcome and can perfectly relax at this beautiful house!

Meravigliosa vacanza

Bellissima villa a due passi dal mare con un favoloso giardino. Abbiamo trascorso due settimane indimenticabili. La casa ha due stanze da letto matrimoniali e una singola con due letti a castello. Due bagni con doccia grande. Una doccia all'esterno molto pratica. Veranda enorme con tavolo grande e tante sedie, sdraie, poltrone e una comodissima amaca. Barbecue e forno a legno. Insomma perfetta!
