Beautiful 1-bedroom private guesthouse in charming NW Tucson.

Relax in this private guesthouse situated on 3.3 acres in NW Tucson with wonderful desert scenery. It is only five minutes to the I-10 highway and shopping mall. We are about a 25 min drive to most destinations in Tucson such as the University of Arizona, Oro Valley Aquatic Center and Kino Sports Park. This guesthouse features one bedroom with a king bed, full bathroom, full kitchen, washer/dryer and other amenities. This is a great spot to be able to explore Tucson or stay put and enjoy your desert surroundings. This private guesthouse has a main living room with TV and pull out couch with full bed, a full kitchen, a bedroom with a king bed and large walk in closet, and bathroom with walk in shower. There are two doors where one leads to shared courtyard and other is private entrance that leads to patio and guest parking. The guesthouse is attached to the main house and access secured to maintain privacy for renter and owner.
Guests have access to the full private guesthouse and immediate surroundings. This includes private patio area with table and shared courtyard.
