The living area offers ample seating, a 55” smart TV (great for game day), and fantastic lake views. The kitchen features a large island with countertop seating, a coffee bar, and is fully equipped to prepare a “chef’s” meal. Step outside onto the deck to use the propane grill and enjoy the fresh lake air.

Throughout the home, there are multiple dining options, including a breakfast nook, a large dining table, and seating on the screened porch overlooking the lake. The home offers three cozy bedrooms, each with smart TVs, room-darkening shades, and plenty of space to unpack and feel at home. The washer and dryer are there for guests to use as they need.

For fun, enjoy indoor arcade games or head outside to use the paddleboard and kayak. In the evening, soak up the “sunsational” sunset from the deck or the dock.

Outside, the private dock features year-round water, cleats for docking, and a swim ladder. The yard and dock are entirely yours to enjoy during your stay. There is ample parking in the pull-through driveway for up to four vehicles, or two trucks with boat trailers (or a combination). Two boat ramps are located nearby, along with Lake Murray Boat Rentals—where you can even have a boat delivered directly to your dock.

This is a waterfront home, and Mother Nature is part of the experience. Guests often spot deer, bald eagles, turtles, lizards, birds, and other wildlife. Please note that while occasional insects are normal in this setting, professional pest control is performed regularly.
