Majestic Sun 1007B vacation rental condo in Miramar Beach, FL at Seascape Resort is located directly across from the beach on the tenth floor and sleeps a total of 6. This condo offers amazing Gulf views from all common areas. Wake up and enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the beautiful sights of Summer from your private balcony or take a stroll on the beach. With this rental, you are provided with two beach chairs and an umbrella in your condo that you can take to the beach, in lieu of spending $40 a day using the local beach service operator. For added convenience, our office is onsite, on the ground floor of the B building in Majestic Sun should you need anything.


Upon entering this updated 1 bedroom, 2 bath vacation rental condo in Destin, you will find a comfortable living area where you can admire the beauty of the Gulf. The living area also offers additional sleeping arrangements with a queen size sleeper sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and everything you would need for a home cooked meal. Enjoy your meals at the dining table and breakfast bar with beautiful views the Emerald Coast has to offer. The dining area seats 4 while the breakfast bar seats an additional 2. The master king suite and private bathroom. This unit also provides a twin over twin bunk nook area, perfect for small children, and a full bathroom off the common areas. A washer and dryer can be found in the unit at your convenience. This condo can be reserved alone or with the adjoining condo, 1006B. This vacation rental sleeps a total of 6.

At Majestic Sun you can spend your days indulging in several amenities, including an indoor pool (heated in winter), outdoor pool, two hot tubs, Gulf facing fitness center, & more. With easy beach access, you can simply stroll across the street to the beach & lounge on the sugar white sands or try some fresh seafood at The Whale's Tail Beach Bar & Grill, a local favorite. Majestic Sun is part of the Seascape Beach Resort & is centrally located within minutes of a beautiful 18-hole golf course, Seascape Towne Centre, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Grand Boulevard, Parasailing, Waverunner Rentals, Kayak rentals, & more!


We also offer golf cart rentals at a discounted rate to our guests and must be reserved for the entire length of your stay during the peak season (Spring Break/Summer) and the off season must be rented for a 3 night minimum.

*Parking Passes - One pass for 1-2 bedroom units, two passes for 3 bedrooms. Additional passes available for a fee.

NO SMOKING – Majestic Sun is a smoke free environment with smoking, vaping, and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools, spa and pool decks. It is also prohibited from all balconies including a units private balcony. Violators may be subject to a fine by the HOA and/or eviction.**

My family and I were so impressed with how nice the facility/rooms were (we rented out 2 condos), nothing can beat that gorgeous ocean view right off our balcony (we saw dolphins one morning off the balcony!!) and you're literally an elevator ride and steps away from the beach! Highly recommend!!

It is getting really worn down and uneven. It rolls toward the middle. Not good for folks that need back support. Everything else was good. The frig did leak some water in the front at the first day or so when we got there but after that,it stopped. All in all, nice place but that bed is important especially if guests are there a week or close to it.

The bed was comfortable, everything was very clean, and the view was fabulous! We drank coffee every morning and ate every meal on our balcony to take advantage of the beautiful scenery. Another great plus was the beach chairs and umbrella that was provided in the room for our use. We can't wait to come back to Majestic Sun and 1007B!

Unfortunately, the building was undergoing renovations during our entire stay.The condo itself was fine. However, being woken up at 8:00 AM every morning to the sound of sandblasting & it lasting all day is not my idea of a vacation. I strongly feel we should be reimbursed for part of our stay. We only get 1 family vacation a year and I feel like we were a little robbed of this one. If I had known this was going to be going on, we would have stayed somewhere else this time. It bothered me when I found out the renovations had been going on since August & our stay was the first week of October, but no one notified us until we were 2 hours away from Destin :( Additionally, the person we spoke with stated it was being repainted. Painting is quiet. They failed to mention the sandblasting of the floors that would be taking place right outside our room and on the floor above us. I just wish the rental company had been honest with us upfront when we booked the condo, so that we could have decided what to do before it interfered with our trip. Would love to stay here again, but a little disgruntled at the moment.

Another nice trip at Miramar/Majestic Sun

Early check-in by 2 hours!! This is a rare bonus (although this trip we were later than original 4pm check-in time but it was appreciated nonetheless). I have now stayed twice at Majestic. First time staying in building B. Bldg B has shops and easy exit to beach without walking through pool area. Elevators all worked in bld B. Parkiing is better in bldg A because you can park in 3 level that connects skywalk to elevators. Room by elevator and trash chute. This unit is smaller. Door is tricky to lock but once figured out it is easy (pull door handle when leaving cont. to hold and press lock 🔒). Vanities are too small in bathrooms. No room for makeup, hair stuff, not even straightener. Fan light combos in bathrooms and fans are not optional and are loud!! Couch is not big enough or comfortable. Fridge is loud. No water dispenser. Ice tastes weird. No room darkening drapes in living room and not made for or sized for window. Cheap extra furniture. Main bed is very nice and comfortable. Not much room in bedroom. Clean unit. No bugs. Tvs were on and set up. Perfect wi-fi. Perfect location. Good balcony without seeing into or into other balconies but could’ve had a lounge chair. No full length mirror. Good AC. No problems. Enjoyed stay. I would stay again if price was right.

They perfectly balance allowing kids to be kids without being so strict as to make things feel uncomfortable. This one bedroom unit is a tad on the small side but it makes great use of space. Everything you could need is provided and the unit has recently been renovated. The property management company is very well run. They had to bring a new fridge because the brand new one was scratched. They said they new the client wouldn't like it so they had it replaced. The even compensated me for the minor inconvenience of having to unload my groceries. Very classy. We had a great time.
