The charming holiday apartment "Rosengarten" on the fruit farm "Wernerhof" is located at an altitude of 750 m in Glaning (Cologna), just outside Bolzano (250 m altitude) in South Tyrol. The 55 m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, two bedrooms, and a bathroom, accommodating up to five people. Amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) and satellite TV. A baby cot and a high chair are available on request.



The apartment features a furnished balcony with a wonderful view of Bolzano and the surrounding mountains. There is also a shared garden with barbecue facilities and a playground for children. The nearest supermarket is an 11-minute drive (7 km) away in Bolzano, and you can reach the picturesque city center in about 12 minutes. There, you can stroll through the narrow streets and enjoy the many cafés, restaurants, and the impressive architecture. Runkelstein Castle is 7.5 km away, and there are many hiking and cycling trails in the area. The nearest ski lifts are 25 to 40 minutes away by car. The famous spa town of Merano is 40 minutes or 36 km away by car.

Most Wonderful Italian Country Side Stay

Werner Hof was our best stay in Italy! The host, Gabby, was very kind and welcoming. The home was clean and comfortable. We loved the view of Bolzano from the balcony. Gabby was kind enough to let us roam around the yard and even feed her pigs. I usually say I will not visit the same place twice but I would strongly consider coming back to visit the South Tyrol region and stay at Werner Hof.
