This rich in history house has been newly renovated for DIY series "Restoring Galveston". Moved from its original location to its current resting spot it is the perfect distance between downtown and the beach. The home sleeps 6 with 3 bedrooms and 1 bath. Kitchen makes cooking on vacation a breeze. Outdoor lounging on porch or downstairs in the shaded private lounge. Side “yard” perfect for corn hole. Garage parking for most midsize vehicles and smaller. Outdoor shower to rinse off after beach!



The Space:

Featured on DIY / Magnolia tv series Restoring Galveston. You can actually watch this home on tv and see all the details come together while also being in the house.



Living room has 50'' smart TV with Netflix subscription included. Feel free to log into any other apps you may have. We also provide games for your at home entertainment.



Full kitchen has all the amenities of home should you want to cook on your vacation. Coffee setup includes Kcups, creamer and sugar. Just a few kitchen amenities include toaster, blender, microwave, tea kettle and much more!



Two bedrooms contain queen beds. Back small bedroom has a full size bed. All rooms with hanging clothes storage. There are 2 stand fans available in the house for ultimate sleeping comfort. There is also a sound machine in all rooms.



Full bathroom has tub/shower. We include towels for bathing as well as shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Should you forget your toiletries at home we also have most common available for your use at the home.



There are chairs on upper porch for relaxing but also tons of seating downstairs. The private getaway under the house is a great place to relax. Cornhole, large net sitting area, sectional and a bar top give you plenty of space to relax after the beach. There is also an outdoor shower to rinse away the sand and saltwater. Pellet bbq grill available (pellets not provided).



Small to midsize cars can park in the garage as well under the home.
