Such an incredible place to stay in the mountains! Brought my two kids along and my German shepherd with us and they all enjoyed it and didn’t want to leave. The basketball hoop and board games were so fun for them. We spent time by the campfire every night and got to see so many deer, raccoons and squirrels by the feeder, in view from the balcony! The lake and creeks nearby were a blast too which wasn’t far from the cabin and definitely the kids and dog’s favorite. Duck creek village was right down the street and easily accessible for going out to eat, as well as a market (especially great for when we forgot some groceries, so we didn’t have to go back down the mountain)… such a fun place and the cabin was incredibly cozy! We enjoyed just being in the cabin the whole time too. There’s so many hidden gems here with the decor as well. The views were incredible, it was peaceful and relaxing. We’re so glad we booked our stay here. Communication with the host was easy and we were welcomed with goodies as soon as we got there which the kids were so excited about!

Our stay in Duck Creek was exceptional. The cabin’s location offered easy access to many beautiful places to explore, and the host was incredibly responsive, helpful, and accommodating. One of the biggest highlights was how accessible the cabin was for my handicapped father. It was the only place I could find that truly met his needs, allowing him to comfortably enjoy the kitchen, bedrooms, deck, and fire pit.The cabin was clean, well maintained, quiet, and peaceful exactly what we were hoping for. We will definitely be booking this cabin again next year.
