Hello Jesper and family, Thank you very much for visiting our new renovated finca. You with your wife and your 3 youngsters were very pleasant guests for me. I would be happy to welcome you as guests again. I wish you a very nice Advent season in the far north. Your Ute

Hello Allison Thank you very much for your so nice evaluation. I hope to welcome you again here. Best regards Ute

Hello Jenny Thank you for your feedback and that you generally liked the apartment very much. However, I would like to point out or correct some things that you have mentioned here the communal pool is less than 80m from the apartment and you don't need more than 1 minute walk (possibly a little more with buggy or small children) The apartment is furnished above German standards, this also applies to the beds and the associated bed linen. The description of the apartment and equipment is clearly listed in the advertisement. This also applies to the number of bed linen and towels. We have offered you a holiday apartment and unfortunately no hotel service, which unfortunately we cannot offer you either. There are towel warmers in the bathrooms, where it is noted how to turn them on (unfortunately only written in German by the owner). Switching them on in midsummer seems to me an unnecessary expenditure of energy. We are on an island, the electricity has to be generated on this island too for expensive money, so we always ask the guests to be careful with it. This also applies to not leaving the air conditioning on all day. The same applies to moderate water consumption in the summer months. The problem they briefly had with the A/C not working was most likely due to too many electronic devices running at the same time. This is where the fuses blow. There is limited electric current potency on the island. Regarding the issue with the coffee table you destroyed, I would like to clarify that I have told you that I need to discuss with the owner how this can be resolved under insurance. I also found it a pity that you didn't make me a suggestion for a compensation solution. After my phone call with the owner, he asked me to transfer you alternatively, accommodatingly, only an amount of 450 euros. (the newly purchased table has twice the value). We did not ask you for a deposit when you handed over the apartment. We would definitely have kept them. Topic outdoor grill: This is not mentioned in our property description and has never been offered. By the way, we are awaiting approval from the municipality. However, I am pleased to read that despite everything you were able to spend a nice time in Port de Soller. Kind regards The manager

Hallo Reisegruppe A.H. ganz lieben Dank für Ihre Worte und angenehme Kommunikation. Wir würden uns sehr freuen wenn sie eines Tages uns wieder besuchen würden. Herzliche Grüße
