Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Trash and recycling are collected on Thursdays. If your stay includes a Wednesday night, please place bins at the end of the driveway for pickup.
Place used towels and linens in the laundry room. Please start two loads of laundry and one in the dryer. Thank you!
Turn off lights, appliances, and the grill (if used). Set the thermostat to 72F in the Summer and 67F Spring - Winter
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please return key to lockbox. Lost or unreturned keys will result in a $300 fee for rekeying of lock for security
Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the home. Evidence of smoking indoors will result in an additional $300 cleaning fee.
Guests are responsible for refilling or exchanging propane tanks if they run out during their stay.
