The additional walk out basement living/rec room includes a futon for additional sleeping accomodations. The sound of the Pond Fountain, adjacent and accessible from the back yard is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Thoughtful touches like a coffee bar, heating, an iron, and a hair dryer add to the comfort throughout the home. Whether you’re gathering with friends or enjoying some quiet time, this phenomenal retreat offers a welcoming atmosphere.
