The villa boasts a beautiful, private outdoor area including a pool and spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea. The modernly furnished villa radiates with the sun and has a living room with marble floors, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 additional toilets and thus can accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning and satellite TV. The child-friendly accommodation also provides you with a cot and a high chair.
The highlight of the property is the fantastic, private outdoor area, consisting of a garden, a swimming pool with outdoor shower and an open terrace with sun loungers. From here you have a unique view of the sea. Directly adjacent to the pool is a bar with refrigerator and cosy dining area. Prepare delicious meals on the barbecue and enjoy them with your loved ones.
A supermarket is just a 2-minute walk from the accommodation and offers a wide range of groceries and drinks. Next to the supermarket is a pharmacy and a lovely restaurant with a large public pool. A tennis court is also within walking distance (10 minutes' walk). You can reach the pebble beach "Cala del Moraig " at a distance of 1.7 km (5 minutes by car). The towns of Moraira and Calpe offer wide sandy beaches for sunbathing, swimming and relaxing (15 and 30 minutes by car respectively).
