"This property includes security features, such as Schlage smart locks and Ring floodlight cameras, for your safety and peace of mind.
Pool heating: We charge $100 for pool heating and will pre-heat the pool to 85 degrees. However, outdoor weather can affect the pool temperature, and in colder conditions, the heaters may not raise the water significantly above the ambient air temperature.
From December through February, pool heaters will be turned on at no additional charge.
Pet Fee is $75 per pet, per night, max of 5 pets.
Smoking: Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home or on the property. A violation of this policy will result in a minimum $250 fine to cover deep cleaning and odor removal."
