I understand this condo was recently purchased by a new owner. However, based on our experience someone is cutting corners when it comes to cleanliness. The ceiling fans had globs of dust stuck to them (I cleaned the worst parts, there was a used bandaid stuck to the frame of an art piece on the wall. The plant next to the welcome area had a massive nasty string of dust hanging from it. The guest shower curtain had what appeared to be blood stains on the center of the inside shower curtain. The kitchen smelled absolutely horrible when we walked in. We traced it back to the washer. I started the washer which finally got rid of the smell, The oven still had a used pan in it. Dinning room lights flicker on low.The most disappointing part and main reason we booked this condo was the jacuzzi, which did not work. I could’ve maybe called maintenance but who wants to deal with that on vacation? It should have been checked before our arrival. The guest bathroom water pressure is subpar, including 1 faucet in the other bathroom. The water line doesn’t work on the fridge.The indoor pool only goes to 4ft. Outdoor pool only goes to 5ft in the small center. Jellyfish were everywhere unfortunately otherwise we’d never went in the pools.Picking up/dropping off the keys/wristbands is tedious. Gates to beach lock at 10pm. Must use public walkways. Other than that, the condo was nice and the fast elevators were a plus. The hot tub was a huge disappointment though. 2.6 stars.
